Our company Gokid signed up for a website redesign, and relaunch which was promised in 4 weeks. The smooth sales process and video communication left a great first impression. Instead of the promised 4 weeks, It took 2.5 months, to relaunch a portion of our website which WOULD HAVE BEEN OK, except that we lost 80% of our traffic (instead of GAINING traffic as also promised). The team did the most horrendous job - changing URLs of webpages and blog posts, not transferring landing pages, linking our pages to SPAM websites etc.. They showed ZERO customer support after automatically using my credit card to fully pay themselves. The sales person vanished (claiming to be a freelancer), the team in Asia that worked on it, felt not responsible, the CEO only started communicating after we threatened to sue them in a court in Sweden (their default company contract!). PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH. Their sole reason for offering a website redesign at a reasonable price is to win a follow up SEO business contract. If one does not go for that $ 700 / month package they lose interest in the client. After long back and forth Trywebtec offered a SEO "credit" to regain our traffic, which we tried for 2 months with ZERO results. The team member continued to say that they couldn't explain the loss in traffic. We terminated the agreement and hired our own SEO agent, who confirmed that suspicious links were installed, and dozens of broken links which let to the loss in traffic. When transferring our blog post of 180 posts, the team used different URLS which broke the links to hundreds of trusted sites (something that can't be easily fixed!) . For the past 4 months we have worked on fixing everything they have broken, which has cost us thousands of $. This company uses underpaid or FREE labor oversees to build websites. Again, if our website design and launch was only late it would have been fine - but seeing our traffic drop like that, finding hundreds of broken links, and the company not being able to fix any of it has been a nightmare. This is not a review to hurt a company but an honest review. Do not trust their long response that they wanted to fix everything. This company has cost us tens of thousands of lost traffic and business. I really want to prevent any one else to have a similar experience.
