Was looking to transfer over 29 domains-

Was looking to transfer over 29 domain names, 2 websites, email, email marketing, hosting on 2 websites. and all you get are representatives in the Philippines who don 't speak English as a first language. I asked politely if there was U.S. based support and they said perhaps in 7-8 months (if ever at all...). If they can't speak English as a first language, what makes anyone thing they can understand English? I hate to keep asking them to repeat what they said, because they are difficult to understand, but apparently corporate thinks the 10 cents an hour they save must be worth it. I'll take my business elsewhere. I couldn't even find out what 28 domain transfers would cost, they kept sending me back to the website to figure it out for myself, but the information can't be found. Disappointing. Very disappointing.

The user interfaces are all clunky

The user interfaces are all clunky. And there are too company components that say yahoo or verizon in addition to turbify so it seems apparent that its just a weird mishmash of different systems

Goodbye Turbify... after 16+ years

I have had this website through yahoo for at least 16+ years and the "server" (now turbify and at least 3 or 4 other names) has changed names, charged more just about every year, and I am NOT happy with the perpetually increasing prices and lack of access to make changes easily. Considering I get very LITTLE traffic/business, I will probably terminate the site before the next billing cycle and find a cheaper more efficient and easier access server that serves my needs a little better, and EASIER.

Promises not kept

Promises not kept. Notified of repeated failed SSL issue on April 14. Said the issue would be resolved by backend team in 3-5 days. Website still broken 7 days later. Turbify has not communicated with repeated e-mails reaching out.

You contacted us about images appearing oversized and spacing issues on mobile, and several of our agents reviewed your site, tested both desktop and mobile views, confirmed your account and domain were active, and explained that the behaviour you’re seeing is related to the current section and image settings in the builder, along with our limitations in directly changing your site design from support.

We understand this explanation did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you sharing that feedback.
