Closed my ticket without solving the…

Closed my ticket without solving the issue. DKIM is still not enabled for my domain, the Turbify web site still does not allow me to add the necessary CNAME records, and my users are still vulnerable to email spoofing attacks. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Thank you for raising this and for your patience — you’re absolutely right that having DKIM disabled and being unable to add the required CNAME records is unacceptable when it leaves your users vulnerable to spoofing.
Our investigation showed that the Microsoft Exchange DKIM records for your domain were initially added as TXT instead of CNAME, which is why validation failed; we advised removing those incorrect records, and offered to help add the correct CNAMEs, but were unable to complete this step as you did not grant account access and the chat later ended due to inactivity.
We understand how this still felt like an unresolved ticket from your side, and we have since helped complete the configuration on a later contact; if anything still doesn’t look right on your end, please reach out to us at +1 833-689-8585 so we can double‑check your DNS and DKIM status with you in real time.

Very Satisfied

When I called, there was no long wait time. The first customer service rep was responsive, attentive, and immediately knew which customer service rep in another department I needed to speak with. The second customer service rep was professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. Listened patiently while I rambled on about my issue, then patiently took me step by step, and the problem was resolved.

I still have not able to access my webp[ages to edit…

I still have not been able to access my pages to edit. I had place a phone call and opened a ticket on march 27 they closed ticket on april 7th without fixing anything this customer service is horrible. i ahv epaid for my site untilsept /oct of 2026 and i cannot access my web p[ages to edit anything i cannot even see the pages in edit section

I’m very sorry for the ongoing frustration you’ve experienced — you’re absolutely right that if you’ve paid for your site through Sept/Oct 2026, you should be able to see and edit your pages without issue.
Our records show that your case about not being able to access the editor was escalated, a bug was raised, and an email was incorrectly sent stating the issue was resolved even though you still couldn’t edit your site, which is not acceptable.
We also see that you called multiple times for status updates and were repeatedly asked to wait, which understandably feels like terrible service. We’ve since followed up by phone and email and would really appreciate another chance to review your account, correct the error, and ensure your editing access is fully restored; please contact us at +1 833-689-8585 and mention this review so we can prioritize and properly fix this for you.
