Excellent service

The repair took some time and I was nervous while waiting perhaps because I had decided not to use a claims management company. Once I saw the repair I was very happy. The colour match has improved making me wonder if the previous owner had an inferior repair done on the same part.

The garage was professional from the minute they collected our vehicle to the minute they dropped it back off. We had regular updates on what was happening and once they were given the green light to start the work the turnaround time was fantastic

Friendly + helpful all the time nothing too much trouble. Explained everything very patient answered all my questions.

Amazing service. Spoke to Jason about my van being repaired within 24hours he had new panels and doors sorted for me, price made up and booked in. Had no hassle no fuss they just got on, and can’t believe how good my van looked after.

Turners have been an absolute diamond fixing my car ( Front bumper, side panel and mirror). Quick and easy service. They picked my car up and dropping off a courtesy car without any hassle. When the car was finished they then dropped it back off for me. Very efficient! Great service! Highly recommend!

Speedy repair and no hassle for me tgd customer

Turners were chosen by LV insurance to replace the front panel of my car after a serious bird strike.
They collected the car on the 3rd April 2025; a week later on the 10th they called to tell me to expect it back on the 11th.
At 2.30pm on the 11th, surprised by the silence, I called them. They told me they had *just* discovered that they had ordered the wrong part and so could not return the car.
They didn't even call me - I had to call them to find out. And now I have to wait at least another week.
Complete and utter failure, in the workshop and in customer care.

Just want to say thank you for the great repair on my car. From start to finish everyone i have delt with from the receptionist to the man that came to pick up my car have been excellent. Would highly recommend turners to my family and friends. Again many thanks.
