Living on a farm I was struggling drying the runner turtle mat on the inside of the back door. I had invested in a large Cap Cod mat for outside the door but notice people stepped inside to take off their wellies leaving footprints. Decided to buy a Dune mat for inside that blended with the turtle mat. The combination of mats is now working better.

Excellent product, looks great and performs well.
Turtle Matt customer service were excellent when answering any queriers relating to the products suitability for LVT flooring.

Do them as they ‘disappear’ on my old slate floors but give traction where needed and mud control.

Bought 2 very expensive mats solely as they were recommended by my flooring company. Even checked with Turtle Mats they would be suitable. 1 mat has discoloured my very expensive flooring. Complained to Turtle Mats and because o don’t wash the mat every month they don’t want to know. Poor customer service. If when I checked your mats were suitable with you you had said yes but only if you wash each huge mat in the machine separately every month I wouldn’t have bought them. Wouldn’t buy from again you can get nicer cheaper elsewhere and their customer service is non existent.

Delivery was prompt. The mat feels nicely soft to walk on. I appreciate the textured surface to reduce movement.

They are shedding and leaving grey flecks all over the place! Are they faulty? Can someone explain please? For the price I do not expect this poor quality. I’m having to hoover every day.

This is my second order many years ago & the door mat has had its day but had a Long time!

Well I’m not great with online ordering really like to see what I’m buying. I ordered 3 mats in what I thought was brown quite dark as my previous purchase not on line 10+ years ago. My next 2 emails within 24 hours were an offer of free delivery worth £4.95 in think, I’d spent over £80 which entitled me to free delivery anyway so no great shakes. Next came 15% off your next order well I’d just spent over £100 so with your five year guarantee was very unlikely to have another order. When my order arrived the colour of them was not as the colour appeared on the website quite a lot lighter so I’ve sent them all back. I’m sad I do like the quality of turtle mats mine have worked for me for years in our farmhouse just need the right colour and you’ve got to pretty and light colours

These mats are beautiful and the the reason I own several.
They wash beautifully, I would recommend using their own turtle rug wash too.

Good practical mat but colour more blue than charcoal
