Ordered over 2 weeks ago with an 3-5 working day delivery time and received no information about where my order is. Have attempted to email twice, but still no response, yet received an email asking for feedback on an order I haven’t received.

crib wheels are great , but according to size and weight of crib i think they should have been bigger in size for more durability

This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with, I am now on my 3rd attempt at getting my order correct and it’s still arrived wrong!
1st order sent damaged
2nd order sent damaged again
3rd order sent now in the wrong colour!!
This has been over the course of around 6 weeks of backwards and forwards numerous phone calls and waiting in for delivery’s which never arrived!! and yet I still am unable to get one complete set of drawers for a nursery without them being damaged or sent in the wrong colour despite requesting them to be quality checked prior to being sent! I’ve never seen items made of such poor quality.
Do not order from this company unless you want to be completely stressed out and robbed of time and money!!
Now conveniently there phonelines are down so unable to contact them! Avoid at all costs!!!

Easy to choose and buy the set but little to no communication about delivery times. I was quite stressed as I thought the set was not going to come in time. Day of delivery was quick and efficient day of.

We recently bought a CoZee XL from Tutti Bambini and overall had a very positive experience.

The price was very competitive and dispatch was quick, with the order arriving without any issues. Unfortunately, one of the straps was missing from the package. After contacting Tutti Bambini, however, they promptly sent us a complete set of replacement straps free of charge, which resolved the issue without any hassle.

The only area that could be improved is the speed of email responses, which was a little slower than I would have expected. That said, once our request was dealt with, the customer service and resolution were very good.

Overall, good value, quick dispatch and, importantly, a company that sorted out the problem properly when something was missing. Happy with the purchase and the service.

Had an issue when building my rocking chair and needed a spare part sent out. I had emailed and not heard back within 6 days so I phoned custumer service and spoke with Nickie. She replied to my email and sent out the spare part that afternoon! I received the delivery 2 days later, so quick! Excellent customer service.

I bought a nursery furniture set from here. The quality is brilliant and it was much easier to assemble than most flat packed furniture. I did have an issue with one part and I contacted them. I spoke to Yasmine who was amazing. Very helpful and friendly, and solved my issue no problem. She also offered a good will gesture. Would highly recommend this company and applaud their brilliant staff/ customer service

We received our cot etc nearly 2 months ago and a number of bits on the drawer were broken. I emailed for replacement parts straight away to be told they aren't available and I'll just need to wait. No apology, no acknowledgement of fault or anything until eventually I mentioned the poor customer service. Still waiting on the parts to fix the broken stuff and baby on way very soon. Very disappointed.

Our experience with Tutti Bambini has been incredibly frustrating. The Rio cot bed had an issue with the mattress support bar, and despite being given multiple opportunities to resolve it, we received incorrect or faulty replacement parts on two occasions. After weeks of delays, the replacement parts still did not fit correctly, leaving the cot bed unable to be assembled securely.
We subsequently requested a full refund, as we had completely lost confidence in the product. Since then, communication has been slow, and we have had to repeatedly chase for updates regarding the collection of the cot bed and mattress.
For a product that needs to be safe and reliable, this has been a hugely disappointing experience. The repeated faults, delays and lack of proactive customer service have caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. We are still waiting for confirmation of collection arrangements and refund.
I would not recommend Tutti Bambini based on our experience.

We ordered the Tivoli Cot, needing it sooner than later. It arrived and they sent us half a navy blue cot and half a white cot, we ordered it in white. I have been trying to contact customer service for over a week to resolve this issue, every time I phone I get cut off and I’ve emailed with absolutely no response.

The product was delivered on time and straightforward putting up. It looks really nice, is sturdy and worth the money. We also bought changing top and it was worth the money, especially after unplanned c-section.

As always Tutti Bambini products are easy to install and fantastic quality. This time round i bought the Scala Montessori Pikler Play Arch and the kids love it. They love climbing on it and rocking (11 month and a 3 and a half year old). I also use it as a gate so the 11 month old can't go up the stairs
