The wrong size mattress has been delivered. Still waiting for customer service to come back to me!!!

We have bought several items from or by Tutti Bambini, ranging from furniture to baby sleep accessories. All decent quality and fairly priced. We had to chase up a first order discount but it was quickly sorted and the items were dispatched the same day for free next day delivery. Furniture was chosen as more unique than some and fitted our decor well.

Awful customer service. Been 3 weeks with no help to resolve the issue we have had with our pikler triangle

Awful service, I have been trying to get in contact with Tutti Bambini since the middle of August due to damage to our brand new changing table/dress. I tried many of times to call and could never get through, I sent countless emails also. Finally someone got back to me and offered compensation for the damage to the item, and I was told it would arrive in 5-7 days. It has now been a month since and I have not recieved the compensation even after raising this twice through email that I haven’t recieved it, and have been told it has been escalated to be processed asap. Still not heard anything or had the refund.

Avoid this company as clearly they never intended to give to compensation as it has been over a month since, very disappointing.

Great customer service by Meg. I had lost my bag of fittings for my rio cot bed and have just had a newborn. I was due to be written off by my wife but meg saved me. She sent the fittings within a day and now i am still alive. Crisis averted. Thanks Meg.

Really lovely play sofa and overall I’m very happy with it. The cushions arrive vacuum packed and initially took longer than expected to expand, but after just over a week most have filled out really well and look so much better. A couple are still slightly less inflated and a little misshapen, but there’s been a huge improvement.

I contacted Tutti Bambini and, although they took a little while to respond, they’ve since been really helpful and have offered to sort out anything that still isn’t quite right. I’m still waiting to see what can be done about the couple of misshapen cushions, but I’m reassured that they’re looking into it.

Definitely worth giving the cushions plenty of time to expand — the sofa is lovely and I’m really pleased with it overall!

The product itself is as we had wished. The disappointment was the package was left out in the street, it got wet and had to be moved in by an elderly neighbour. I’m just thankful it wasn’t damaged or stolen!

Mheg was so helpful in finding a replacement part for our Alba cot. The response time was excellent, and the initiative to organize and send the part at such speed has been nothing short of exemplary service. Thank you so much, and the experience I have had is every reason that I am a loyal Tutti Bambini customer.

We recently ordered nursery furniture from Tutti Bambini and, unfortunately, our wardrobe arrived with visible chips/damage to the door and also to the back of the wardrobe.

My partner didn’t notice the damage until the wardrobe had already been fully assembled. At that point, with me being heavily pregnant, we simply don’t have the energy or physical ability to take the whole thing apart again, arrange a return and then potentially wait a long time for a replacement.

This is particularly upsetting because we have spent a significant amount of money preparing our nursery and expected the furniture to arrive in perfect condition. Instead, we’re left feeling really disappointed and out of pocket over something that should have been picked up during quality control before the furniture was sent out.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but when you’re paying for new furniture, you expect it to arrive undamaged. The fact that the wardrobe has now been assembled also puts us in a difficult position, as returning it is far from straightforward.

I really hope Tutti Bambini can offer a fair resolution because, at the moment, this has taken some of the excitement out of preparing our baby’s nursery.

Ordered a cot/cot bed, which arrived on time. The materials and construction are very good and assembly was easy for 1 person to complete. Would definitely recommend if looking to purchase a good quality cot.

Excellent customer service. I emailed the company as I was reassembling a cot bed for my baby that I purchased a few years ago for my older daughter. Unfortunately one of the parts were missing, it appeared to be a specialist part and I could not locate one to purchase anywhere! It did take a few days to receive a response, but I did get an automated email explaining that they had a high volume of emails and it would take longer to get a reply. ‘Casandra’ replied and dealt with my query immediately. I received a set of the part I was missing a few days later.

I ordered a cot weeks ago, it came, to which the mattress base had a hole drilled in the wrong place so we couldn’t assemble it. They sent out a replacement to which it’s a completely different model to the one we ordered, it’s covered in scuffs, dents and damaged wood. Appalling service, I’m due a baby in 2 weeks and paid nearly £200 for this for it to be delivered on 2 occasions either incorrect or damaged products.

still haven’t received the cot i ordered, was told its been delivered to wrong address and they are attempting to get it back and to us but has taken ridiculously long. was promised to us at 3pm by the latest but never turned up. ridiculous waste of time, i just want the cot i ordered

We’ve had a tutti bambini cot which we have had for less than a year. The glue to the cot ends has failed and they can easily be pushed apart and the top bar can be removed allowing access to the slats. It isn’t safe to use. I contacted tutti bambini 1 month ago as the cot is still within the warranty period and haven’t heard anything.

The delivery service was awful, website suggest 3-5 business days. We ordered on 1st September it didn't arrive until 10th September. The courier said i signed for the parcel, but i hadn't been discharged from hospital yet. When we arrived home later that day the very very large parcel was in our porch and visible.

My husband then assembled it to discover some of the screw holes were misaligned.

Very poor service and I won't order in the future.
