I really do love the patches design which is why I picked them in the first place, the issues I am having are a few!

First and most important, I have had severe reactions to these patches as a lot of others apparently has had as well. It shocked me that I could not for the life of me find an ingredients list on their website. They state that they use hypoallergenic materials but I have not found any facts to back this claim.

The reviews on their website is also not reliable, as it seems they pick and choose what reviews to allow on their site. I was not able to find a single negative review, which in itself is alarming because not every single human will be happy and satisfied with any product.

Sad these patches didn’t quite live up to the expectations, but I am happy others seem to enjoy.

My advice, do not get these patches if you have any allergies whatsoever. I personally do not have any allergies so I guess it’s quite 50/50 whether you get a reaction Or not.

The stickers themselves are of good quality, they stick well, perhaps a little too well when trying to remove but I want something that will last the 14 days that I wear my sensor for. The issue I have is with the layout of the sheet the stickers come in and the difficulty in applying them. For the Libre 2 stickers there are two stickers on one sheet of paper, one to go on top of the sensor and one to go around it. The middle sticker isn’t too hard to apply. The outer sticker is hard to see exactly where to place with all the excess paper, I’ve started cutting out the empty circle where the middle sticker was with a stencil knife, this make it easy to put around the sensor before sticking. I think it would be a lot easier if the two stickers were on separate pieces of paper and if the paper was in the same circular shape as the stickers. Either way I will continue to buy these, they’re very cute and have lot of fun and pretty designs to choose from and adds some fun to the daily life of having T1D.

Great when they started, but in the last year they've gone very downhill. The patches are very rarely sticky, and I was not notified that my - almost £50 worth of - points ran out.

They sent a sticker reversed than it is in the picture I paid even more on delivery than I was supposed to pay when I reported it, they don't write back to messages

I paid extra for 1-3 day priority shipping however it took just over a week to get my delivery, they did send me another patch for free however, which was appreciated!
As someone new to CGMs I found the patch fiddly to put on as the centre section, where the sensor sits, was not completely cut out as I expected it to be. Don't know if it was meant to sit OVER the sensor but the instructions seems to imply you peel the centre section back and remove it, confusing.
The edges of the patch peeled away on day 6 and I had to carefully remove it and apply another (I was v.glad they had sent me the free one!!).
When it came time to remove the dexcom, I found my skin underneath was red and irritated in the shape of the patch.
Disappointing, as this company do the widest range of colours/pattern, state the patches last for the life of the sensor and are designed for sensitive skin so I had high hopes.
I'll still try them again just in case this was just a bad first time experience/user error but the skin irritation is a real shame!

Been using these patches for my Libre 2 for about 6 months.
The past two patches have caused a severe red itchy rash..wondering if they are using a different adhesive or something..I really like these patches they work very well last the full two weeks but I will not be using again due to reaction on my arm..I have emailed the company awaiting reply 🤞

My arm when patch removed red rash where the patch was, skin removed , i have photos if this helps ,very disappointed, cannot find a contact number to talk to customer service

Low quality products, unreasonable return policy, unresponsive customer support.

Omnipod patches are promoted as hypoallergenic, I have no known allergies, and experienced a massive reaction. Painful skin, itching and when removed after 2 days , a small blister. Very disappointed as I love the designs. Have emailed company, awaiting response.

Honestly, just wow. I’ve tried almost every patch on the market. From peeling off early to seriously irritating my sensitive skin, I had stopped wearing patches altogether. I decided to give this brand a chance because of a sale, and now I’m never looking back! These are hands-down the best patches I’ve ever used. They stay on strong and don’t irritate my skin at all. Shipping was also impressively fast, especially considering it’s international. My only complaint is that there’s too many designs to choose from ;)

Have emailed several times since July and not one reply, infuriates me that just a few reviews below thwybstste to someone else that they respond to ALL customers within 2 days when this is just not the truth. Also can't be bothered to address the negative reviews, only the good, very poor practice indeed

Used a few times before. Superb .
The latest order is rubbish. Poor coverage. Poor material . I won't be ordering any more at that price.
Obviously using cheaper materials.
NOT GOOD.

Had some issues with my order and I cannot get a single person to respond to my email. It’s been weeks

Editing 1: I reached out via Instagram to try and get a response and now I’m blocked.

Edit 2: they responded to my review saying they did respond. Which they did. However I emailed 7/6, 7/9, 7/11, 7/16, and 7/17 and they finally responded on 7/18. So them saying they respond within 2 days isn’t accurate .

These are cute for the designs but I have to change them out halfway through the 14 days due them starting to come off
I do normal daily activity and they come off quite easily without messing with them

I was diagnosed about a month ago now and I was really worried about how my living situations would be like and how ugly my cgm would be but with type one style it helped me be able to wear mine freely out in the open without trying to hide it. It made me become me ❤️

Fantastic long last waterproof patches with loads of beautiful designs created for all ages and the best patches I've ever had

Problem 1:
The website description shows Libre 3 patches as a circle with a cutout in the middle for the sensor. They advertise “comes with a free center patch!” What I received was a full overpatch, which is not what I wanted.

Problems 2/3:
The patch quality is poor and lifts in the shower. Since it’s an over patch, removing it to replace pulls out the sensor unless you’re a ninja.
The patch was super irritating to my skin. It took WEEKS for the rash to go away.

Problem 4:
I emailed their customer service. Every email from me takes 3-5 days to get a response from them. They are insistent that the website lists Libre 3 patches as over patches, but have not been able to actually produce the listing.

Problem 5:
They will only give a partial refund for what I pay to ship back to them. From US to UK, shipping is going to be at least 50% of the amount I spent on the patches. A US company would be likely to eat the cost and give a dissatisfied customer a refund.

Stick with ExpressionMed. Their patches are actually what is advertised and a much higher quality.

REMARKABLE!!! Out of the four products from different companies that I’ve tried Type One Style is hands down the best! I’ve had my cgm on for 7 days and the patch looks as good as it did the day I put it on (no signs of wear or lifting at any of the corners). I highly recommend!!!

Very comfortable. Great at keeping my sensor in place. Beforehand I was catching the sensor on everything. Fun colours. Using them on my wedding day! The watercolour one is my favourite! Going to get the under sensor protection patch as my skin after a while does get irritated but I really find them fab.

Easy to use website, love all the different style and device options, very inclusive! Happy customer :)
