Brilliant patches, they last then entire duration of the 2 weeks I have my device on, even when I go swimming every morning they do not come off!

100/10! These patches are amazing! Not only have they stopped the device from coming off but they also are super cute and with the stickers being so easy to remove and re apply I can change them to match my outfit! Couldn’t recommend more!

Great purchasing experience, and excellent customer service. Very pleased.

Ho richiesto il rimborso ma ancora niente , inoltre per la tracciabilità del pacco mi chiedono dei soldi . Non perdete tempo e denaro , acquistate altrove

I genuinely believe the reviews on their website are fake.

The quality of the patches are outrageously poor. I wish I had checked reviews here before purchasing anything from them.

They are cashing in at the expense of those of us with T1D and aren’t even making an effort.

The insulin vial case I bought was also the wrong item and quite frankly their customer service takes far too long to get back to you.

I’m really disappointed because I wanted to love the products but everything was awful.

I wouldn’t recommend.

Formally gave 1 star but have changed it to 3 as the team rectified the issue with the vial case which was perfect but the review for the patches still stand.

En resumen, un timo.
Material que necesitamos para gestionar una enfermedad, te lo cobran y no llega jamás.
Cada vez que lo reclamo me marean más, me quitan más dinero y encima no solucionan nada.
Muy enfadada y triste.
Por favor, no compreís!!

I'm a repeat customer of Type One Style. Unfortunately I've had issues with my last 2 orders.

1 had a missing patch. I contacted customer service and they said a replacement would be sent out and they reminded me to use my loyalty points on my next order. 2 weeks past and the replacement never arrived.

The second order was dispatched. The tracking for it would not work. This order also never arrived after a week. I have once again contacted their customer service to be ignored.

I will not be ordering again nor would I recommend this company to my diabetic friends. If I could have given 0 stars I would.

They use to be a decent company. I'm not sure what happened. Or why their customer service is beyond poor. I'll be requesting a refund for both orders.

From regular buyer (3 orders as i bulk buy my stickers), to ''won't use again''. Items not received, apparently dispatched on the 13th. Contacted them to chase this up and they replied to the first email after 48hrs, and i've not heard anything since. Claiming that being a small team means answering contact from customers takes longer is nonsense. We're a small family business and reply to our customers within 2 hours at most. It's very frustrating as a customer to make a choice to ''shop small'' and support a growing company and be stuck in this situation. A good measure of a company is how they react when things go wrong, in this case i'm sorry to say they've responded terribly. Unfortunately they've lost themselves a customer. If not resolved by the end of today i feel i have no choice but to speak to my bank for a refund. I now feel a fool for recommending this company to my diabetic family and friends.
I should also add, if you do choose to use them, keep an eye on your shopping cart as it automatically adds a ''priority'' charge. No matter how many times you remove it, it readds itself.

Most ignorant company I have ever purchased from! Made my order and they emailed me asking if I wanted to add on to the order and they would give me 15% off so I did. I didn't receive a dispatched email or anything. Over a week went by and no contact so I contacted them. They finally dispatched my order which took several days to arrive. When it finally arrived the add on order was missing so I made contact again and it's now over a week later and I've still had no response! Avoid this company at all the costs! They are cashing in on peoples illnesses to make money and they don't actually care about them. Not sending the orders when promised and ignoring all contact is disgusting. They are quick to send emails offering discounts and offers though. Avoid!!!

Dreadful company, only wish I'd read the reviews. I have ordered over 12 days ago nothing. I have emailed them with no response and tried calling the phone has a male voice just saying we are busy and then cuts off. Looks like I've lost my money. This company needs reporting.

I wish I had came on here and read reviews before ordering what a waste of time and money. Order hasn't came my messages on their Facebook page keep getting removed without answer

Absolute appalling company zero customer service endless emails comments on their Facebook page with my comments being deleted so others couldn’t see them , they have a chat system and even that doesn’t get manned so still no reply. My daughter waited over 2 weeks for her order where she sent 4 emails in total had no response eventually received her order £22 worth order for there to be 5 patches missing again I’ve tried to contact them no response… avoid this company I’m going to try and take this matter further disgraceful!!

The order I received was just two patches, despite ordering three sets, I paid customs charges of €8 based on the full order. It took them 3 weeks to get back to me. They are sending out the correct order (I'll have to pay another customs charge). Then I discovered that I had €12.75 for a subscription. I have zero recollection of this. They eventually refunded me that. Don't buy from them it's just not worth the hassle.

Absolutely the worst product I’ve ever tried! The colour washes out of the patch within days and the patch just doesn’t stick. I’m so disappointed in this product which I was very excited to receive.

Furthermore is that as soon as I politely asked how this happened I was just told that they had never heard of such incidents before. I then changed to a new patch and the same happened again - I went to sent them a message one Facebook with pictures and it failed to deliver. All of my attempts to send anything on messenger failed.

Absolutely appalled by the customer service and product this company has delivered.

I wish I could give zero stars. I like the products they’re selling but when I inquired about the shipment because they provided a “reference” number - not trackable despite adding an additional $2 (priority???) on my order - the response was so slow and the email was a tad condescending. I won’t/don’t recommend a company that has zero regards for customers. When my order finally arrived, my “mystery” patches x 2 were the sorriest designs I ever laid my eyes on. On top of this, the order is incomplete and I was missing an item I already paid for. I had to contact SHOP.com to step in because this company will block you on facebook messenger and will not respond to your inquiry via email. Unless they’re planning to improve their customer service, you’re better off spending your money somewhere else.

Fatto un ordine il 11/7/23 , pagata spedizione veloce, doveva arrivare entro 15 giorni, invece non ho ricevuto niente, impossibile tracciare il pacco, mandate più mail al servizio assistenza, ma nessuna risposta!!!!!!
Deludenti soprattutto perché vendono prodotti per persone che hanno necessità!!!!!!!!

Oltre a ciò hanno un sistema che ogni mese preleva lo stesso importo dalla carta senza inviare nulla!!!!!

The biggest complaint I see is about shipping time. They are based in the UK and it says 7-15 days for delivery but I should say "business days" after that, when shipping to the USA because the package goes through royal mail and then through customs. So far, I'm impressed with the quality. All the other patches I've tried, only last a week. Super cute as well.

I wasn't going to leave a public review as I had sent feedback direct to the company by email but never received a reply and as I was thinking of ordering again decided to check reviews and it seems im not the only one to have had delivery issues! My first order took several weeks to arrive despite the fact they state fast delivery. Having not had a response from my email and now read people have been charged without recieving the goods I think I will look elsewhere, shame as the stickers themself seem great but sadly I think thats the next generation this country has brought up, no bloody manners!!!
