Orderd on may 8th and today june 1th still not recived my order. Delivery was 7-15 days so should be here already but nothing. Sent an email to custumer service and the reply was it will be there soon, they do not have any track and trace on the order, hope my order will get here before my daugthers birthday, she wished for all this for her pump and sensor.

Terrible customer service. Been sending emails and messages with no reply. Ordered one order but they keep sending me the same order and charging me without authorization. Had to block my card and they still not replying to my emails and messages.

I've been sending emails, Facebook messages and no one responds.

They sent me tracking details but the details don't match so can't even track where my parcel is, ordered weeks ago & still awaiting my package!!!

Ordered lots of times from this company now for the past year and everything is always spot on. Packed very well and good quality products. Highly recommended. I was shocked to see such a low rating on the reviews because honestly I’ve never ever had any issues what so ever. Highly recommend the sweets they are brilliant. Daughter loves them & I have to admit I always pinch a few too.

A part order arrived three weeks late and missed the Easter window. No one responds to emails or any other form of contact.

Considering this company is aimed at parents of children with diabetes, it's astonishing they get away with such blatant thievery. I wish I had read the poor reviews on here before submitting such a large order.

Ordered March 28th it's now April 12th still no package I was told my order has been sitting in customs since the 4th of April, that there is nothing they can do and they won't issue a refund last time I order from this shady place.

Package has not arrived and 2 emails later, still no reply! Should have read reviews prior to ordering. Stay away.

This is the second time I've had a problem with this company and they do not reply to emails, fb or insta messages!!! No items and no refund. Disgusting when the items are for a child.

I am always super happy with my purchases. Type 1 style has made me more confident in showing off my libre, and I have learnt to embrace it with the help of these awesome stickers. They are always as shown on the website, delivery super quick, and customer service is number 1. Definitely over 5 stars. Would give more if I could 😊

I have been buying the patches for my daughter since last May and they have definitely make us both feel secure that her sensors aren’t going anywhere .

We also have bought stickers for her insulin pens which really help, not only in them looking great ,but when you have been prescribed silver and blue which at night can look very similar and you definitely don’t want to get your nighttime and fast- acting insulin mixed up.

In conclusion lovely quality , great designs and amazing customer service. You couldn’t ask for a more helpful or accommodating company, I know when she finally gets her pump Type One Style will be our first port of call. Thanks again for all you do.

I do not recommend. Didn’t ship out the order for 9 days, ignored my e-mails and the only activity happened when I requested to cancel the order and they finally did so after NINE days. Could’ve ordered somewhere else and already received the products

I haven’t actually tried the patch yet, but as for customer service and delivery, it’s outstanding. I ordered the patch on Friday and it arrived the next day - superb!

Very poor quality patches. On the 2nd day it came off. Not waterproof. These are non-graded patches. You are better off putting sellotape on your arm! Very disappointing. Shame on you selling products for diabetics.

A lovely company! Easy to communicate with and fast delivery. Products are of an extremely high standard. I tried the freestyle libre sensor patches - the material is great; breathable with an adhesive which actually stays put!

Wouldn't hesitate to order again and recommend to friends.

lovely designs and light on the skin so no irritation or pulling. i have just received my order and hope these plasters will prevent my sensor falling off. so far so good.

Fun patches that stick well! My daughter was fairly recently diagnosed with diabetes. Having a few patches to reach for to make this really rubbish thing a bit more fun is just what is needed. She chose a little pile of them and is currently sporting the avocado!
