Thought I left it too late but it actually went super quick. Big relief tbh.

Horrific experience from the outset. Tricked into thinking it was the DVLA with their misleading advertisement. Claimed I had signed the terms and conditions and therefore was bound by them but did not explain anywhere what services I am paying for. Dealing with the customer service was so stressful as they were rude and defensive, and honestly borderline aggressive, quite clearly have had the same complaint a hundred times if not more. Scammers, tricksters avoid like the plague, else you’ll be having £39 coming out of your account without knowing it. No emails sent by them with your subscription details or details of their ‘services’ as you’d expect any company to update you on
