100%scam. I did not sign up or request ant service from this company. Out of no where they somehow set up a re occurring card payment for £39 a month. I managed to cancel the imaginary membership with them but they refused to give me a refund. I'm a single father looking after a disabled child. £39 is a lot of money. Please check your bank statements. Disgusting Company.

Absolute scam,I renewed my licence in August,this company has been taking £39 every month out of my account. Contacted them and they said I ticked the subscription agreement which obviously I didn't,why would I,I was only renewing my licence,now fighting to get my money back,complete con and why is there a 3rd party linked to a government website that cons people

This company is a scam. I'm sure I'm was on dvla but it took £39 twice without me realising. I will report it to the police and see what the legal system says and to trading standard.

I didn't subscribe to anything all I wanted to do was renew my driving license then realised that there was a second payment came out of my bank for £39.. I called the office and they said I can't have my money back and neither can my bank get it back for me either. Please be careful

Needed to renew my driving licence I thought I was on the dvla site turned out I mistakingly used these scammers they have taken 3 lots of £39 no emails or letters were sent to me confirming any contract talked to them a guy called subhan (refused to give surname)
he directed me to complaintsnot at all confident they will refund my money

As all the comments below this also happened to me, I thought I was changing my address on my drivers license on the gov dvla site but somehow ended up on this scam site which took £39 and refused a refund

They are SCAM

Total scam. Went onto the dvla website, made an application for my renewal drivers licence. £39 made which was an ouch but I didn't think twice about it being how expensive everything is. The website had the dvla logo etc on so i was totally unaware of what i was about to loose. Month later I had another 39 payment taken ..... after a panicked night of goggling turns out it's a website that piggyback dvla and makes you sign Into a membership to pay 39 a month ... for what exactly I don't know.
I called this company and was met with a vile man who spoke over me when i explained the story (obviously I'm not the only call they have had) and he laughed and said "well you didn't untick the box so you signed up to paying 39 a month" I asked if I can get at least the second 39 pound back and he said "no, we have it now"

Called dvla and he said a renewal online should of been £14, he said there are so many companies doing this.
Ive Had to get a new bank card as this company saved my card details without my knowing, a new drivers licence and report to the fraud teams etc.
Im Making a dispute with bank but not feeling optimistic I'll get my money back following the vile interaction from they bloke. they seem to have many people over a barrel with their scamming system and his confidence proved they are happy ripping people off and getting away with it.

Total scam ! My partner renewed her drivers licence last month and has just realised they have taken two payments of £39 on her debit card, now contacting the bank to stop any more ! As per all these reviews these companies need to be prosecuted and made illegal

Total scammers just a rip of the same scam .they tell you that you pressed a subscription button which I did not.then refuse to give you your £39 pound s back they take it without authorisation. No knowledge of anything happening from them.they should be held accountable and put in prison the best place for these scum bags.would love to know how many people they have done it to .they need a class action law suite taking out against them along with the fraudulent dvla .

It’s been taking £39 out this time of the month for the last 4 months.
Haven’t a clue what’s it’s connected too.
I haven’t even changed my address or contacted DVLA. Always use Gov.UK website.

I applied to this company to update the address on my driving licence, not realising I could do this for free on the .gov website. They charged me £39 and also signed me up for a monthly subscription also of £39. I didn't realise this at the time and had to ring them after the second payment went out to cancel the subscription. I should have read the small print and this company arn't doing anything illegal, but I thought everyone should be made aware of this practice.

Same as all the others. SCAM company that I ended up on through the DVLA website. They even use the DVLA logos on their pages. Gutted I fell for it because I mimicked changing my address again and ended up back on the website that mugged me off. Because I was looking at the website address I noticed it but everything else is identical to DVLA stuff such as font and size and layout etc. Not sure how this hasn't been shut down

My experience is the same as 99%of the rest of these reviews, its a total scam. Got no email to explain that I had somehow taken out a subscription - just a confirmation of address being changed and a link to dvla to track my progress! Took £39 from my bank account which I unfortunately did not notice until they took another £39 a month later, how is this legal? I've contacted but seems little chance I'll be able to get a refund. I didn't even realise i was not using the DVLA? Why is this website not being shut down?

I recently changed my address in license. For last two months they charged me 39£.

WOW how did this happen, I just wanted to change my address on my driving license thought I was on DVLA sight but somehow ended up in a subscription with this company ( uk-drive.com).So many people being caught out with this company charged me thirty nine pound and then the following month charged me another £39
After almost a day of phone calls and e-mails eventually got through to a real person who listened to my complaint and explained about the subscription. I never knew I had entered he then asked me if I wanted to cancel you bet I do .Being £78 light I am keeping everything crossed and hope he has canceled it . So people beware make sure you are on a legitimate DVLA website.

SCAM alert!
This is a total scam. They pretend to be DVLA and take your money for address changes etc. Except they don’t do anything. They just take the money.
How they haven’t been shut down yet, I have no idea.
