Item hasn’t arrived

Item hasn’t arrived. Customer service is evasive. They tell me to speak to the courier but they don’t give me the name or contact details of the courier. They are giving me the runaround and I doubt my item will ever arrive.

Stay away

Stay away. Hidden fees and a recurring subscription when you place an order. Knew there was something fishy when I went to check out and they kept adding fees, insurance, delivery etc while the payment was already processed. Tried to cancel it immediately but payment was taken. Cancelled my card as I've only just read the reviews after this experience. Recieved confirmation email that states ive signed up to the NO LIMIT subscription which will take a direct debit from your account every 4 months. I can assure this is nowhere to be seen in any part of the transaction. Blatant theft.

OZERTY UK don't be fooled its Chinese

OZERTY UK don't be fooled its Chinese, I ordered an item and was charge an extra £1.99 fee for insurance I did not ask for or want. Tries to cancel but said I couldn't even though order had not been dispatched. Wanted to return item for a refund told to return to China at my cost of approx £15 !! to get a refund of £6 !!!!! Take my advice and shop elsewhere. RIP OFF COMPANY see all the other reviews.

Harassing

Multiple emails per day are urging you to buy items that have already been removed from your cart. Not willing to purchase from a company that does not use secure online payment methods and asks for credit card details instead. Having read other reviews - looked like I dodged a bullet.

2 smart watches purchased

I purchased 2 smart watches. There were no user guide instructions. Neither connect to mobile phones. We tried 2 different mobile. They are totally useless. My advice - don't purchase anything from Ozerty

Warning!!!

I made a purchase online and immediately after paying my bank called me. Was informed that this company take unauthorised payments from your account for a subscription that you never signed up for. They are also linked to another company who do the same , forgot the name. Fortunately payment did not go through and both companies are now blocked.

Avoid and never use their horrible…

Avoid and never use their horrible services! Delivery arrived to the wrong address then when my next door neighbour brought it over, the package was damaged and the itself was cheap and had very low value. When I asked to return it, customer service asked me to sent it back to China (!) and pay £15 toward delivery for an item that cost £22. I ended up reported this to my bank. Never again!!

After placing an order

After placing an order, I read the reviews for this outfit. I know I should have read reviews first 😵‍💫. 20 mins after placing the order, I contacted their customer service, and said cancel the order. They replied - " please give us your order number we sent with your confirmation email." They didn't send me a confirmation email. So I emailed them again saying l didn't get an email. Nowhere can I find an order number --- this must be part of the scam, so I contacted my bank, they are now investigating them. I will keep this review updated.

I had an issue with ozerty in June this…

I had an issue with ozerty in June this year, which resulted in a poor review being given. The review said that they had basically lied to me and I called them out for it. I then got a reply from their UK customer services as below (6 months after my original review!) As suggested in their reply I emailed their customer services team straight away. I then followed this up with a follow up email.
They haven't replied to either. They are a terrible company and I'd recommend that people stay away from them

Very delayed delivery. Cust. serv. and final items received all good.

I wait in trepidation, to see if my items are going to arrive! It's only been a few days since I put in the order. Received very "normal" type emails. However, I am worried they're going to charge me again, apart from not receiving anything, or receiving rubbish goods.
After reading these Trustpilot reviews, I rang my credit card company to try and stop the transaction. No can do. But you can raise a claim if any problems.
I will write another review in a month's time to let you know what happens.

Ok, I've received the items today. Weird happenings regarding delivery. First they missed major parts of my address off the address label, so the courier couldn't deliver. So I contacted Ozerty, and they did it again, making different mistakes on address! Then finally, they got it right, after lots of apologetic emails, a credit note for future purchases, and more apologetic emails.
I was actually impressed with the very polite customer service, and the items seem fine. Somebody in the company is totally incapable of copying an address, but apart from that, all good.

DO NOT BUY from Ozerty, the worst online retailer there is!

Ozerty tells Lies after lies and more lies, this same lies have been repeated for weeks and months; "The refund is currently delayed due to a technical issue..."
Ozerty is one of the worst company I've ever dealt with, they set £20 charge if order is under £20. Though my order was £28, I still got charged the extra £20! After many emails and complaints they refunded me £16.
Then a month later they took £29.99 out of my account without my acknowledgement or consent! I have been emailing them and asked the reason for taken my money, they said apparently is some sort of subscription I never knew i signed up!
Ozerty, you are one of the worst companies I have ever had the pleasure in dealing with, I would not use your service ever again if you paid me! I could not get rid of you ie demanded you to refund of the added £20 fees which just criminal and stealing! Then you took further £29.99 from my account and calling it subscription fee! Now after dozens of emails in the past 2 months you still not refunded me of my money, your pathetic lies you've been telling over and over is "due to a technical issue..."
Why Trading Standards Agency not checking your online fraudulent behaviours out or being reported to online fraud department is beyond me!
How many people are you still ripping off on a daily basis???
You should not be allowed to trade online!! The worst company there is! I would give you a minus rating if I could! Is "Mary P" your Customer Manager even a really person!!!?? AI or just another lies you tell your customers??!!

Bought a health and fitness watch

Bought a health and fitness watch - very cheap. Arrived in a crumpled paper-box with no charger and hence useless. Explored buying independently - chargers do not exist except with the product. Lesson learnt

BEWARE OF OZERTY,CHINESE COMPANY

I bought a pair of clog type orthopedic shoes from OZERTY.COM , I now see they are based in CHINA. They took weeks to arrive and when they did ,what a disappointment.
I contacted the company and they talked to me as though my shoes had just been despatched, not a good start.
I Told them that the shoes were cheap and nasty, not worth the money paid and that they were very uncomfortable and hurt my feet.
They very politely told me that I could send them back but I would have to pay £15 shipping cost.
WARNING AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEIR PRODUCTS MAY LOOK GOOD ON PAPER AND I SUSPECT THAT THE PICTURES ARE COPIES OF SHOES FROM A DECENT UK STORE.....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ************

Do not purchase from this site!!!

Scam! Bought a pair of diabetic shoes for my mother. They were advertised for £15 plus delivery would total £22 but on paying I noticed I paid an extra £15, that I was not privy to. A thru couldn’t give a valid explanation what it was for. Immediately contacted customer service, which are atrocious to cancel they said I couldn’t as the item had been dispatched. Remember I immediately contacted customer service after placing the order. They said I had to wait for it to be delivered then send it back. The quality of the shoes was unbelievable poor, sticking hanging out the shoe, was not the correct size, cheap, look like it was made in china. Nothing like the picture and highly doubt they were for a diabetic. The 1st package magically disappeared in transit. When I had received the 2nd parcel and contacted to return. They then told me if I use their own method then £20 would be deducted from the refund for shipping fees, or to pay for my own return. Stay away from this scamming company. I’m in the process of reporting their trading standards. Unacceptable and lacks clear concise customer service.

Item quality really poor

Item quality really poor
The picture on the website looked really nice but when it arrived, the hoodie looked like it came from a pound shop as it looks so cheap! The material is hideous, bad quality synthetic.
I had to send 2 emails before getting a response on how to send back the item.
Then I was told that the cost of sending it back is £15 for an item that cost £33.RIDICULOUS!
Do not order anything through this company!

PHONE YOUR BANK AND BLOCK YOUR CARD DEALINGS WITH OZERTY NOW! Ozerty have a bad name if you check them on Chat GPT.

Alarm bells started ringing after finding the same item at half the price on a well known auction site.

Tried to cancel straight after ordering and asked about a return and got all the same issues as everyone else. I am going to report them to trading standards/watchdog.

Unreliable company

I would give zero stars if it was available. Don't use this company. I bought a smart watch from them a few weeks ago and received it about 2 weeks ago . To date I have not been able to pair the watch to my mobile device. I sent them numerous emails (tried phoning but the same message every time ("All our agents are busy ...") but still no joy. I asked them to send me some instructions which they did but it was only a png file which I could not even read. I have also emailed to ask them for a refund and still not heard back. I only bought the watch after reading the reviews on their website. Wished I had read the trustpilot reviews first.

Avoid this company or loose your money

Avoid this company or loose your money. Two payments taken but nothing delivered. All I am getting is emails over a month not mentioning about my item. I have to hand over this matter to credit card company.
