Excess cotact
It's a toothbrush, I don't need daily contact via email. When I mentioned this in a review someone phoned me at work using a number I'd assumed would be only for problems with the delivery.

Disappointing
I am disappointed with this brush and the customer services , on purchase it was not clear that it didn’t come with a travel case anymore. I contacted customer services who said they didn’t supply them as they wanted to save to be more eco - which is rubbish. I travel a lot and I am not going to have my toothbrush loose in my case , they agreed to send me one but never did and when I followed up they didn’t respond . Probably irrelevant now as I am about to give up on the brush , It does a good job of cleaning but unless I hold my lips up the back of the head causes sores on the inside of my mouth.

The Best Upgrade I’ve Made for My Teeth
I purchased the Spotlight Oral Care Pride Sonic Toothbrush back in July 2023, and it’s been a game-changer.
Before making the switch, I was a loyal Philips Sonicare user. However, I had to buy a brand-new electric toothbrush every two years as they would eventually stop working as intended and start producing a loud noise.
The experience with Spotlight has been the complete opposite. After nearly three years of consistent use, I’ve had zero issues! I simply replace the brush head every 2–3 months, and it’s good to go. Even after all this time, a single full charge easily lasts me a full week or more. In short, Spotlight Sonic is durable, effective, and built to last!

Brighter teeth
I wasn't expecting much from this little pot of powder but I was pleasantly surprised. Just wet your toothbrush, dip it in the pot and brush. It's a funny chalky sensation and taste but starts to foam when brushing. I use an electric toothbrush and definitely saw a difference in the brightness of my teeth after a few applications. Continued use is required to maintain results.

Initially all I was looking for was the replacement heads for my Spotlight Sonic that I bought from QVC just before Covid, after a bad experience at my last Dentist who was prepared to send me away with a hole still in my tooth after an asthma attack halted her progress at getting me out of the door! I insisted she fill it which she did, but I vowed never to go back! So the Sonic lasted me very well, then with replacement heads purchased from yourselves I hope for lasting care!

Would be a great toothbrush if it kept working
I really liked my toothbrush but after a year it just stopped working, my husband has one too and his continued to work fine. I emailed the company to explain and hopefully get a replacement but no one ever responded. So I reluctantly ordered another because I do really rate the product when it’s working but after not even a few months the same thing happened again. I use the same settings as my husband and store it in the same place so don’t understand why mine have both stopped working. Disappointing because it’s a product I would like to support.

My orange brushes are often out of stock.
Not great as I bought into this toothbrush and don’t want white brushes.
I try to buy if stock is showing and try to keep a stock in.
However I think you are not great at stock levels.
Like the brush,it’s not perfect as the button is not in the best place and there is no warning light thst the battery is needing charging.Really bad design.Not sure how that got missed??
However love the brush and think it does a good job.Just wonder how long it will be in production given its limitations.
