Ukcustompatches Reviews

First class patches, great quality and a fast response time thank you.

I ordered some patches for a work project with a really tight deadline. Not only did they deliver the products earlier than anticipated but the quality was perfect.
I checked with a few other companies and they were the only ones able to produce this particular quality of patch in time.

The communication was clear and prompt throughout the process. Would definitely order again.

Company were very quick to answer our enquiry and proactive in going forward with our order. Haven't order from them before and impressed with quality and delivery.

I sent a design and did not expect the out come of the patch be so fantastic

Can highly recommend this company. Great communication produced exactly what I wanted

An almost impossible deadline and they delivered. Excellent customer service and fantastic quality. Great iterative design process.

A very helpful lady from uk custom patches had the design l uploaded , digitised and a preview sent very quickly. Às these were for sale to raise money for a charity, l was very impressed by the proposed format and appearance. The badges were backed by an iron on coating, at the lady's suggestion. The badges arrived before the promised date. The family are delighted with the badges, as was l to donate these high quality badges to raise money for a charity supporting families whose children are ill. Thank you for your effort and a very professional experience. I recommend this company without hesitation. I will use them again. Susan L

Very happy

Absolute seamless service from Jacob, with a great product delivered in good time. Thank you.

Our company left ordering badges to the very last minute. We only had a week between submitting the order and the day we needed them. Thankfully Jacob at UKCustomPatches went all out for us to ensure the badges arrived on time, and they did arrive within 5 days. I’m very satisfied with the quality and speed and amazing customer service. Thank you UKCustomPatches.

For first enquiry to receiving my order the response has been superb. Asked for custom patches, got a prompt reply and images of their proposal. They advised 2 weeks availability, achieved it in just 8 days. Would use again without hesitation.

Excellent customer service, speedy service and a really great quality product. Will absolutely be ordering again.

Wanted some patches for our ladies camping group. Was advised as to whether they could be embroidered or printed and which would look best. Was advised to go for printed as there was a lot of detail in the image. Every message I sent was replied to very quickly and any questions answered as well as receiving suggestions. We were given a great price and received two free patches. The patches were received very quickly with first morning delivery with FedEx at no extra charge. I would certainly recommend this company for any patches you need without any hesitation and I will definitely will be a returning customer in the future. Thank you for your help in getting these patches made for us.

Awesome product and quality and great service thought out, highly recommend and will likely use again
