Having received an extortionate quote from another windows and doors company, I found UK Doors OnLine via a search engine. Megan responded to my request for sliding doors, a bi-fold window and a single window with a very clear quote and an excellent price. Following some minor amendments to my quote, Megan then issued a revised quote, finalised the purchase and then kept me informed of delivery timescales until the day of delivery. Throughout the process Megan provided first-class customer service.

Just purchased a new composite back door from UK doors,
I was given all the information I needed to choose the right door for our needs and then helped and guided to get all the right dimensions to ensure the door will fit.

We use UK Doors Online for all our windows, doors and Bi folding doors. We changed from a local company to this company because the local companies prices started rising alot. They have given us great prices and great services. Our contact has been Megan Sokell from the start and she has been really great to work with. Nothing is to much bother and she gets back to us straight away if we need something. It's been a pleasure working with her and hope to do so more in the future.

What a pleasant experience start to finish.
Really nice doors, giving a really high end feel. Ordered some great items from skylights at a massive 2500x2000mm to 4000mm sliding doors (which by the way are really slim and sleek.
Dealt with Megan S from the start to finish who aided in sizing to quoting.

I've ordered doors from UK Doors Online twice now and their customer service has been exceptional both times. Case in point: with my latest doors, my Builders misplaced the rebate end caps. Luckily Celia was on hand and kindly replaced them free of charge.
