My purchase of my Bi Fold doors from UK DOORS was Brilliant from start to finish very competitively priced the sales team were brill and delivery was top notch he even help me carry everything right round the back of the house cheers.

We ordered 2 sets of bifolds from UK Doors Online recently, we found them to be one of the best companies we dealt with through our whole build.

Their eagerness to help through the sale even now a few months after we had our doors delivered, they are still extremely helpful and understanding.

We have dealt with Stacey throughout the aftersales process and she has been very patient (with my email issues) and nothing has been too much trouble for her.

Credit where credit is due this company have been great. The ordering process was great, my fitter said he really liked the quality of the bi folds as well. And i did have to contact them for some after sales service as well as my fitter lost a trickle vent and again it was great customer service.

The customer service at UK Doors Online is outstanding. Every question I sent via email was answered within the hour. Delivery was complete and on time as expected. Amazing. Will be recommending to all of my friends and family.

Firstly I was sent faulty doors, which the company finally admitted after I sent photographic evidence. As a result water does not drain properly out the front of the doors, but instead goes under the doors and into our property (think large puddles inside after every downpour).

Company finally sent someone out, who said to my face the track would need modifying, but later lied and said doors were fitted incorrectly (they weren't).

Throughout the whole process (over 2 months now), communication has been very poor (not answering calls, not returning calls or emails, or doing so but very very slowly.) The result is that I have huge damage to our internal floor after the recent heavy rain. I get the impression they have zero interest in customer care.

UK doors have denied responsibility and refused to pay for sorting their issues. They did recently offer to send out a new bottom track/cill for me to pay someone to fit, but this was a week ago now and I've chased about this multiple times with no response.

Now I understand how they're able to be so cheap - poor QA and terrible aftercare. I wish I'd paid just a bit more and saved all this grief!

Have a few sets of bi folds off uk doors now…. Always great service from start to finish… and it’s a quality product when it comes…

Love these doors. They arrived with no hassle and are great quality.

Good communication with Paul, very helpful with any queries I had before placing my order.
Delivery was as per date originally given, no issues and the driver was very helpful.
Bi folds are good quality, easy to install and we are very happy with the end result.
Good value for money and would defiantly use again.

received doors a week after the original confirmed date ,managed to overcome this . Doors were of a decent standard although glazing rubbers were short in the corners and the handles were not the colour I ordered although the customer hasn't said anything. I did ring about issues and they offered to send new rubbers out but that meant I would have had to deglaze doors ! Overall decent doors at a sensible price although attention to detail leaves a little to be desired. That said I would use them again

Sales was really good. Ordering over the phone was really simple and Megan explained everything really well, measurements were perfect however the after sales was really bad. I had the bi folding doors delivered on the 20th December. Obviously I kept them in the packaging until the fitter came to fit them. The fitter came on the 23rd and pointed out that the frame had a dent in. I reported this to doors online while asked for pictures, I sent pictures and received a repy basically saying they couldn’t have done the damage and that the fitter must have done it. I’m not sure how the fitter could have done it when none of the protective film had been damaged and there were no scratches made to the frame either. I expressed this to online doors who said there was nothing they could do as I didn’t report it within 48 hours of delivery. Why would I open big heavy 3 panes bi folding doors before the fitter came to fit it?! After that they replied to say they would send me the part free of charge however that would mean I would have to call the fitter out to take out the doors to replace the part and then refit which would have cost £400+. I told doors online that there was no physical way I could afford to do this out of my own pocket and I requested a bit of a refund/discount on the doors which they refused. I’m absolutely appalled with the service. Paid over 2500k for the doors for them to be delivered damaged and because I didn’t report it 48 hours after delivery they refuse to help me especially in the current financial climate. I’m a single woman with 2 children. Just ridiculous. I would not recommend anyone buying from these.
