UK Flooring Company Ltd Reviews

Great service from ordering flooring sample to delivery of the flooring. After sales was personalised and very helpful

Dealing with James Lau was a pleasure and he done everything he could do assist my purchase

I recently ordered flooring with only 1 day’s notice needed for delivery, and I honestly couldn’t fault the service I received. I placed the order around 5pm on Thursday and needed delivery for Saturday morning, which I knew was a big ask.

James went above and beyond to make it happen. I didn’t have any signal at the time to complete the order properly, so he helped me through the purchasing process and ensured everything was processed quickly and efficiently. He kept me updated throughout, sent tracking details on the Friday, and responded promptly to any questions I had.

James came across as extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole experience. The customer service was outstanding and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle free.

Would highly recommend this company based on the service I received.

Highly professional advice and lightning-fast delivery! The flooring quality is top-notch, and I am extremely satisfied with the final result after installation. Highly recommended!

Delivered promptly. Had to clarify some paperwork and pay a little extra for delivery.

Fantastic job done, we had a lot of questions as it’s our first time installing flooring but they are very helpful in answering questions. The installation is very well done and efficient.

We recently replaced the carpets with flooring in two bedrooms, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

From the very beginning, James was incredibly helpful and proactive. He took the time to help me choose a flooring colour that closely matched the living room, and even arranged for samples to be sent to me so I could make the decision with confidence. He was very patient while I was deciding, and once I confirmed the choice, he immediately placed the order and arranged the installation without any delay.

The installation team was equally impressive. The fitter worked from 9am until around 3pm without taking a break, only stopping briefly near the end, and managed to complete both bedrooms in a single day, finishing all work before 5pm. The work was carried out very efficiently, with great attention to detail, and the final result looks fantastic.

From selecting the flooring, placing the order, to completing the installation, the entire process took around one week, which is honestly the most efficient service I have experienced in the UK.

I really appreciate the professionalism, efficiency, and hard work from both James and the installation team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering new flooring.

We purchased engineered wood flooring, UFH-compatible underlay and a door T-bar from the UK flooring company ltd. for our new property. James kindly and efficiently arranged all aspects of the process, including liaising on flooring colour and supplementary materials, coordinating the delivery time and location, introducing a professional handyman and handling payments and receipts. He also provided additional support and helpful suggestions throughout.

The UK flooring company offers a one year warranty on installation and a 25 year structural warranty on the flooring, which is very reassuring. We are extremely satisfied with both the quality of the flooring and the high standard of professional service provided.

Really happy with the laminate flooring — good quality, solid finish, and looks great in the room

I couldn’t be happier with my new wooden flooring from this company. The quality is excellent, the colour is beautiful, and it’s great value for money. As soon as the floor was laid, it completely lifted the look and feel of my home.
On top of that, the owner is an absolute pleasure to deal with—honest, helpful, and genuinely cares about recommending the right product. I’m delighted with the choice and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for wooden flooring. They’ll be my first choice again in the future!

Super satisfied with the flooring panels and scotia I ordered, very high quality and modern taste! Excellent service and very professional advice! Would highly recommend!

Great experience to get high quality wood planks. The customer service is really great, they sent out samples for free and the samples are the same to the packed ones. I’ve bought a large amount of herringbone style engineering wood and it arrived just in 3 days. Wood planks are in good quality and the finish is very nice. Recommended!

Excellent company. No hassle with order or delivery

James always responds quickly and the service is great!

Extremely happy with my experience with this flooring supplier. Customer service is exceptional and they truly care about their customer. Ordered herringbone and straight planks for my living rooms and bedrooms. Great products.

Excellent service from order to fitting. Good quality product. Would recommend.

I recently had my wooden floor installed and it was a great experience. From the initial consultation to installation, everything was speedy, smooth and professional. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect flooring for my home. The installation team arrived on time, did an excellent job, and left my space clean. My floors look fantastic, and I’m very satisfied with the service. Highly recommend!
