Rory is so helpful and knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to check-in and provide advice. Delivery was fast and jellyfish arrived super healthy. I have dealt with another jellyfish company previously and the service just doesn't come close to UK Jellyfish.

Wow - what a brilliant company!! I wish I could more than 5 stars. I have genuinely never received such brilliant, friendly customer service.

I am fairly new to keeping Jellyfish but Rory has been there to guide, advise and support throughout. I have purchased a tank, food, accessories and jellyfish from Rory and everything arrived perfectly packaged, nice and quick and with clear instructions. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for Rory! I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for all things jellyfish going forward.

I would really recommend UK Jellyfish to anyone. Rory really knows his stuff and is very helpful and supportive!

5/5 - We would give more stars if we could. We had an awkward request as we were keen to receive our jellyfish prior to our jellyfish themed wedding, with the venue being not at all close to where we live!
Rory has been amazing throughout, providing detailed advice on managing jellyfish and ensuring that all deliveries came through on time. He has gone above and beyond to help our jellyfish wedding become a reality and we are already enjoying our new pets back home.
The jellyfish we received were packaged well and healthy on arrival and on following Rory's instructions we were able to set up the tank for the event and transport them back home safely afterwards. We would recommend UK Jellyfish to anyone looking to get into the jellyfish game - the main reason is Rory as he has been so helpful and he clearly cares about his jellyfish and his customers.

Jellyfish came in poor condition, probably due to inadequate packaging. Didn't survive more than a couple of a days. Refund refused without genuine reason. Sad when businesses are just in it for the money and don't actually care about their stock or customers. Very helpful before delivery but once they have your money their attitude completely changes.

Got 7 moon jellyfish and tank from Rory at uk jellyfish a month ago.
It’s the first time we have had jellyfish so a bit nervous at start.
I have spoken to Rory nearly every day for advise and help, I must say, the service has been impeccable. He has talked me through every step to start off and helped me when I didn’t know what to do.
We have a monthly supply of products from them to keep my stock healthy.
I would recommend to anyone who wants jellyfish to speak with uk jellyfish as you will not be disappointed.

I came across UK Jellyfish about 18 months ago, having heard great reviews and with them being the only UK based company, found this to be ideal.

Originally, I was new to Jellyfish and keeping them so naturally had various questions regarding what to do, set up, food etc.

My main contact has usually been with Rory, whom I've found to be extremely helpful when answering these questions quickly and to the point. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to caring for this delicate species, something you can't take for granted, especially with the limited information sometimes unavailable on the web.

I bought the Medusa Desktop Jellyfish Tank from this company which I find to be very stylish, well built and perfect for housing jellyfish.

Since then I've made 3 further purchases, with my most recent purchase being something a little bit different and had to be sourced by UK Jellyfish. This was done so quick, I had to delay the delivery as I wasn't quite ready for them.

Deliveries are always reliable and on time so i have no complaints here either.

For anyone looking into getting Jellyfish or a new tank for them i would 100% recommend checking this company out.

I WILL be a repeat customer at some point in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely awful customer service, one of the worst businesses I have ever come across - avoid at all costs!

Ordered 6 jellyfish, all arrived in very poor condition - I alerted UK jellyfish by email. Was given the advice that I needed to keep them cooler which went against the advice of their website. All died within a few days. I was then told this wasn’t their problem and I’d wasted several hundred pounds with them.

They blamed my tank set up to avoid liability but it has previously very successfully housed jellyfish from other supplier so clearly wasn’t the issue. They blamed the filter however the filter would not have been an issue if the jellyfish had not been damaged and lifeless on arrival.

They state that the photo sent wasn’t sufficient as jellyfish is in tank - it isn’t, it’s in the bag they sent the jellyfish in floating in the tank as directed to do

To have the nerve to suggest that I go ahead and make a further purchase with them is astounding.

From start to finish when first contacting UK Jellyfish I couldn’t fault the service.

Rory has gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs from posting to the Isle of Man, to allowing us to collect the jelly fish whilst on a short break to the uk.

10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking at keeping jellies as a pet.

Nothing is a hassle and the endless amounts of help and response time is impeccable

The company offering is great. Not having to mix my own salt water for Jellyfish has been a wonder... Working with Refractometers and Hydrometers are not my strongest point.
The Jellyfish arrived on the date I requested, sturdy and strong packaging. The Jellyfish were healthy and much larger than I originally imagined.
Perfect to also have a legit supplier in the UK - many I found were from EU which had long delays in shipment times.

I ordered a package including tank, all associated equipment and jellyfish. Great quality tank and very healthy jellyfish.
Service from UK jellyfish was excellent and Rory (owner) was always keen to assist with any queries.
