Ordering the jellyfish and their delivery was spot on with them arriving on the day we asked well packed.
We have taken delivery of 2 jellyfish and whilst 1 seems to have settled in well the other is looking a little 'out of sorts' so I will reserve judgement on their health for a day or 2.

I came across UK Jelly Fish after seeing them on an ITV programme "Posh Pets". From the very first contact, through to delivery, Rory has been exceptional in his communication and helpfulness.

I had a lot of questions, but, this wasn't a problem, and all questions were answered in a timely fashion. The support given so far has been outstanding. My JellyFish desktop Medusa tank arrived yesterday, and its now cycling in readiness for the JellyFish arriving in a couple of weeks time. The set up was so simple, and the tank itself is great.

I would, hand on heart recommend UK JellyFish to anyone who was thinking of setting up a JellyFish Aquarium in their home or business.

Great company to purchase jellyfish from. Ordered 3 x small jellies for delivery on a specific day and they turned up mid morning on the day of delivery. All very healthy specimens who are a bit bigger than I expected, which is great. Good advice given on how to acclimatise the jellies. They are currently enjoying a lunch of fresh baby brine shrimp, which I also ordered at the same time. Will purchase from again.

After trawling the internet, found these guys based on price (let's face it, it's important), plus also due to the wealth of information on their site. Ordered my first lots of jellies a few weeks back & cant be happier. Arrived quickly & well packaged, they always get back quickly & even responded out of hours before. I will definitely be dealing with them again! Can't imaging any of the other sellers offering a better service for the extra they are charging

If you want to purchase jellyfish (a niche requirement I realise) then I can't recommend U.K. Jellyfish, and Rory in particular, highly enough.

As a first time jelly owner I've had all sorts of daft questions which have been answered quickly and diligently. I then had to put an order on hold at the last minute when my new tank (from another supplier) leaked; nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

The new Moon Jellies then arrived exactly as arranged via overnight courier, complete with instructions to get them into their new home. Having been in for a few days they have settled, are eating well, and looking wonderful. We will be back for more jellies, and more daft questions I'm sure.
