Uk medi - don’t bother!

Although my order was dispatched really quickly, unfortunately they used Royal Mail to deliver. 48 hour tracked- yet still Royal Mail seem to have lost it! I needed the needles urgently- but now I need to try and source them elsewhere. Won’t order from you again until you use a more reliable delivery company. Disappointed

My address was on the order! Your customer service is useless. Don’t bother ordering from this company! Never again!

The agent would only send it next day if I paid even more- I said don’t bother- in other words, send it slow mail! Nearly two weeks and I’ve neither my order or a refund! Useless!

Thank you for your feedback.

I've checked, and it looks like you missed the house number from your address when you placed the order, which is why Royal Mail haven't been able to deliver it yet.

They sometimes hold back parcels to see if any others come for the same postcode and name to save the order from being returned to the sender.

I can see that our support emailed you when we opened this morning, but we haven't had a response from you yet to try to help resolve your issues.

- In response to your amended review.

As our earlier response and via email mentioned, your order was placed with 2 different addresses. Your billing address was correct, but your delivery address was missing the street number.

We can't know if an address is correct; we process over 1000 orders a day and rely on the information entered by the customer at checkout.

Our customer service agent offered to resend your order via a next-day service, but your email response was not to bother, so we haven't resent anything.

As a business, we are charged by carriers for outbound and return postage for parcels that are incorrectly addressed, but we do not pass that return cost on. However, we ask for payment to resend the order when the error is not from us.

These terms will be the same for any e-commerce business.

Missold through misleading and unclear quantities

I received my order for U-40 syringes this afternoon, only to be disappointed to receive only 40 syringes. I've looked back at the order and can very faintly see that you supply in quantities of 20. The image on the order leads me to believe that i'm ordering a box of 100, as that is what i've always ordered. If i'd have known it was only for 20 at a price of £8.99 i would have ordered elsewhere, as i can purchase from Vetshop for £11.99 for a box of 100. I feel i've been completely missold and ripped off. To pay £18.00 for 40 syringes (45p each) is truly a rip off and you should be ashamed.

I would appreciate you reviewing this order and doing the right thing and either crediting back the money i have paid in full, or supplying the balance of 160 syringes (2 boxes of 100 as i had been led to believbe i was ordering) free of charge.

As such, you are welcome to return the unused syringes for a full refund - on this occasion, we can offer a free return to ensure this process is as convenient as possible for you.

Cantankerous Customer Service

I regularly used this provider. Generally ok, despite occasions where items are out of stock - but that can happen anywhere.

Customer service is disappointingly unhelpful, argumentative and unwilling to provide a helpful resolve. I ordered items on a Saturday and was presented with either next day delivery, Tuesday, Wednesday or the 3-5 days delivery option. I selected the specified ‘Tuesday’ and paid the added premium for it. I received notification from Royal Mail that delivery would be on Wednesday. I contacted UK Medi flagging this and that it reneged on our agreement. I requested a refund of postage, which given the circumstances is fair. I received a defensive email stating that I would have ordered the Wednesday delivery given it was made on a Saturday. I responded clarifying that I made the selection of Tuesday given it was an option made available to me. I then experienced their email tennis session of their defensive lines repeating themselves without regard for the facts that I had reiterated.

Overall you will be ok, but should there be an issue you can expect to be disappointed by their handling. I have since changed supplier.

I've checked your order and the chat messages and can see that the information we provided you was correct.

An order placed on Saturday would have Monday as the earliest despatch date, and the shipping method you chose at checkout was Royal Mail Tracked 48, a 2-3 day service.

Our checkout shows the expected delivery times based on the time you ordered and the delivery method, so the expected delivery date you would have seen would have been Thursday.

Where we make mistakes, they are always rectified, but in this instance, after checking, your order has been processed as promised.

I'm sorry this wasn't the outcome you were hoping for.

Perfect

I ordered at 10pm on 14th and selected free delivery within 7 days. I have just received my order (17th), which is exactly as ordered and well packaged. This is my second order with UKmedi and will not be my last.

Useless

Enquired about my delivery and was told it was delivered. Parcel left at the FRONT of my house in full view and wasn't even left a card to say where it was. Complained to them and was told I have to reorder whilst I wait for an investigation even though I am in urgent need. Funny how they respond quick but then ignored. I won't be ordering from these again!

Didn't get my order

Ordered my stuff on 5th of January package was shipped 8th January since then package cannot be tracked.
No problem I didn't need my stuff urgently.
After messaging customer service back and forth they said they are waiting for response from courier and so on . Later they said they waiting from response from courier manager.
I left them alone for about a week. As I ordered stuff from Amazon and got it in 4 days. But thats not the point

Point is tht after leaving them alone for week I meseged them yesterday and today about the update and if refund is possible or they will sent new package. I'm still waiting for reply. I know eventually they will reply.
But Jesus this is bad experience...

Deceptive P&P - WATCH OUT!

Deceptive and sneaky - the site says 'free UK shipping unlocked' but then they sneakily add the postage in AFTER you add in the Paypal details but thankfully I noticed it before I clicked the final pay button

Multiple orders, great experience everytime.

Order multiple times from ukmedi. I like they are local to me too. Orders are always either on time or earlier than expected the site is easy to navigate. I get my cats insulin syringes from here. They didn't have those specific ones once or twice but I always check back and they get them back in stock. My most recent order today I placed at 8.39am and at 5.05pm I got an email to say it had been shipped. Excellent company. Easy shopping experience time and time again.

Ordered some supplies which I needed…

Ordered some supplies which I needed within 6 day. I took the 24hr tracked premium delivery option. My order took 8 days to arrive and when contacted and a refund requested for the premium delivery option it was refused. No apology for late delivery. Very poor customer service
