Heated towel rail was a good price and came on time. Had to fill it and put the heating element in but this was quite straightforward. Well packaged. Would recommend

The radiator valves we purchased were great.
The radiator valves we purchased were absolutely fine and well worth the price.The only problem we had was the delivery time.Royal Mail took forever and consequently instead of our tradesman being able to get the job completed on time had to wait until the following week. All sorted in the end though and they do look good.

God price, decent product
Product seems good, price is reasonable. Only downside was delivery - I paid extra for next working day. It was a day late, by which time my plumber had moved onto work gor another customer. He had to come back another day to fit it.

Very helpful agents and rapid supply. The cast iron radiator is a piece of art! I glad we have concrete floors as it is incredibly heavy. The antique style valves are beautiful as well. Very pleased.

Quality and choice
I'm slowly changing all my radiators in my home and I love the choice and quality.
I wish they'd put all the fittings in one box though, because 3 different plumbers have all got confused!!
I wouldn't use their 3rd part fitting service though as the experience was atrocious, but thats not UK Radiators fault, and they dealt with the issues promptly.
