A great call back system takes the stress out of waiting in a queue on the phone. They are very helpful and their range of radiators and extras gives you a choice to solve most installations. NOW+ - Chrome Heating Element 600w Thermostatic WIFI
I ordered a new thermostat-controlled element for my towel rail. It was delivered very quickly and well packaged.
The fitting instructions were easy to follow and the element was installed without issue. It powered up straight away with no issues.
I used the QR code to get the app but got an entirely different and irrelevant app. I didn't appreciate this at first as the language was, I think, Chinese.
Anyhow, I deleted it, then went to the Google Play Store and installed the correct app. Once installed, I was able to link the element to my phone app, and although I am only a few days into it, it's working flawlessly.
Obviously, I can't speak to the long term, but first impressions are extremely favourable.

I like my bath radiator
I like my bath radiator, Stanley still. Before I have chrome radiator and in couple of years start to be rusty.
I hope this one is not gone rust that quick.

I should have checked which courier…
I should have checked which courier they use, it was always going to go wrong with DX. Planned my day around delivery of this, the driver was rude, explained that he was in the wrong place when he phoned (completely wrong street) then wouldn't deliver it as he had been given the wrong address (not by me). He was about 30 seconds from where he needed to be, but he would just not come. Complained to UK Radiators, who now would not deliver it until the following week until that Radiator is returned. Even though they had others in stock, and I was 'returning' it as I had not received it. Happy to process a refund though. Good service would have been to send me a new one, and sort the failed delivery direct with DX.

I’ve looked into this and can confirm that the delivery address was passed to the courier exactly as it was entered on your order. As soon as you made us aware of the issue, we contacted the courier to report what had happened, reconfirm the correct address, and arrange a redelivery for the next available working day, which was two days later.
I’m very sorry if there was any confusion regarding the replacement. We were not waiting for the radiator to be returned before sending another out. The delay was due to the next available delivery slot with the courier, not stock availability on our side.
We always aim to resolve situations like this as quickly and fairly as possible, and I’m sorry that on this occasion the experience did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. If there’s anything further we can do to assist, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Fantastic service support and great radiators
We had ordered 3 radiators over a year ago. Had two installed immediately however when we finally got around to installing the 3rd realised the cap wasn't sealing correctly.
I called them and they sent a replacement cap immediately at no cost.
Fantastic service and great quality radiators. I would highly recommend.
Note: the radiators keep the warmth hours after turning off which is great to keep the costs down.

Great service. Small hitch with order processing twice due to internet issue quickly resolved with the second order cancelled and refunded within hours.
Delivery excellent.
A little chip on the paint of radiator only noticed post fitting but an email enquiry produced a resolution with a bottle of touch up paint (at my request) despatched same day.
Emails responded to within minutes!
Great company, all too rare nowadays.
