A very good buy.
Have had my heated towel rail for about 9 months now and it’s excellent: looks good, was easily fitted and keeps my towels and my wee en-suite mice and cosy during the colder months.

Regular updates while waiting for stock to come in. I ordered a towel rail even though it wasn’t in stock, and was pleased with the regular updates on the stock coming in, and offering me options if I didn’t want to wait. When it did arrive the towel rail was perfect, easy to fit and worth waiting for.

Reputable carrier
Pity they didn't use a reputable carrier to deliver. Instead they sub contract. I actually went to the local depot and picked up the radiator myself. The reason for the delay with delivery was " This delivery is a 2 man job"as stated by UK Radiators..When I went to pick it up, a guy loaded it into my vehicle with ease.....on his own. 2 men to deliver an item that weighed around 40 KG. No wonder people in this country are lazy when it comes to work ethic. H & S gone mad. To respond to your reply the Radiator was due to be delivered on a certain day, then it was delayed by 24 hours for the above reason …. Funnily enough the local carrier told me and I quote “ the two man delivery “ was instructed by you to DX who then sub contracted . My postcode is situated right in the centre of Scotland . Easier reached than half the postcodes in England . Please don’t class my postcode area as anything out of the usual . Your excuses don’t wash I’m afraid .

Your order was dispatched the same day it was placed and was scheduled for delivery within 72 hours of dispatch, which is the standard delivery timeframe for your postcode area. As your address falls within a suburban delivery zone, deliveries are handled by third-party couriers who cover those areas on our behalf.
Regarding the delivery method, larger/heavier radiators are often scheduled as two-person deliveries based on courier handling guidelines and health and safety requirements. While we appreciate that in your case the radiator may have appeared manageable for one person when you collected it, the couriers are required to follow their internal policies and legal manual handling guidance when planning deliveries.
We do apologise if this process caused any frustration and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
