The ordering process was easy but the delivery by DX a shambles
The ordering process was easy. range of products was on website was excellent.
The delivery process by DX was a shambles. Did not deliver the 1st time even though I was home, left a note but did not ring the doorbell or call my phone. The 2nd time I stayed in all day virtually next to front Door in case they didn’t ring again. They not only didn’t ring they never showed up, no explanation, no apology nothing. 3rd attempt finally delivered.

I found the website very good to order from. I ordered the wrong size, they refunded after it was collected FoC the new one had a slight mark from manufacturing exchanged within a few days and great communication. Great packing. Will definitely use again

Good prices, great customer service.
Good prices. The anthracite lockshield had surface damage when I received it (it wasn't very well packaged), but they sent a replacement, very well packed, without delay. Excellent customer service - I'll definitely buy from them again if I need a radiator or accessories.

Incorrect parts ordered
the problem is the parts that arrived are not the parts I was expecting, they need to be used by a plumber and I thought they were the slot on type you could insert yourself on the the copper pipe already fitted, despite it being my fault, I received a call from James and I can return the incorrect parts FOC, very good customer service

Suberb customer service & refund process
First time purchasing from UK Radiators as we had to replace our bathroom radiator. Placed an order for one which our plumber recommended and it was delivered the next day!! I mean that's Super fast.
Unfortunately, it proved not to be suitable and we had to return it.
I'm truly impressed how the process worked from start to finish. The collection happened when they said it would, and the refund was received within the dates stated on their web-site, so no chasing, e-mailing or sleepless nights for us. Would have no hesitation recommending this company. 5*

Great customer service
Great customer service. There was a long delay in getting the colour radiator I ordered due to a problem in the supply chain but I got regular updates and was able to change to a different colour radiator which was then dispatched immediately and a refund given for the difference price. Staff were fast to respond and very helpful. Would definitely use again.

Good delivery times, nice radiators at a decent price. Would’ve gave 5 starts but one radiator looked liked it was a previous returned item as small chips off brackets and radiator connectors.

Excellent service, good product…
It was easy to find what I wanted from the website. Ordering was easy. Delivery in a couple of days with helpful delivery people who carried the heavy radiator to where I wanted. Plumber has now fitted the radiator and the radiator is now producing heat.
My plumber was a little surprised how flimsy the wall hanging brackets were. Fortunately the radiator was the same type as the one he removed and he reused the old, stronger brackets
