UltraFix Appliance Repair  Reviews

They fixed the problem, and I’m thankful for that.

However…
they left water everywhere in the kitchen. Not only that, but the technician had a raunchy window sticker of a girl tied up, a no free rides sticker of two people having sex, and the phone wallpaper, that was left laying around for anyone to see, was a black and white photo of a woman posing in lingerie.

I have 3 kids under 5 years old. I would rather not explain to them why his sticker was a woman is tied up.

I expected, based on the outside looks of the company — their branding and webpage — that I was hiring thoughtful professionals.

Again, they got the problem fixed but I won’t be hiring them again for the lack of awareness.

For over two weeks, I have been working with technician. Repairs were never completed, filing for refund.

We had an amazing experience with UltraFix. Customer service was above and beyond. Communication could not have been any better. Kept us informed about everything going on. Will definitely use them again in the future if we need any other appliances fixed!

Very disappointing experience with Adam and his team. Farr the Dallas technician didn’t diagnose my Thermador’s freezer issue.
I am not calling them again.

Ulta fix was always on time and very professional at all times. I will recommend them to all.

I contacted Ultra Fix Appliance repair to service my LG refrigerator. Tech came same day and fixed it for reasonable price. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

We have used UltraFix before with excellent results. This time was no exception. Refrigerator compressor failed, called UltraFix around 10am, by 2pm it was repaired and working well. The repairman, Victor, was knowledgeable enough to realize the likely cause of the failure based on his knowledge of Kenmore refrigerators. He came with the necessary part and was able to diagnose and repair, clean up and had everything running back to normal before any food went to waste. All for a reasonable price. Thank you, Victor. Job well done.

Replaced icemaker in refrigerated. Replacement went great.

Did not speak English not 1 word. Nice people but will not use again. I still have no idea what they did to my appliance. Or why it cost $300.

We have been having problems with our freezer. Rashad came and instantly knew what the problem was! He was professional, educated, and friendly. I had tried other repair companies with no success. Rashad knew instantly what needed to be done. Thank you, UltraFix for hiring people like Rashad.

Same day service. Did what they said they would do. Now my freezer is working well!

LOVE LOVE LOVE using this company. Fair, Fast & Reliable.

You replaced the heating element in our dishwasher, but it’s still not working. The dishwasher is not producing hot water or drying the dishes.

Quick response times, very communicative, great service!
