Driver, imran was our driver for the makkah to medina trip, he came on time for pickup, and we reached madina way sooner than expected. He was an excellent driver with kind and considerate behavior. • MED to JED: No issues encountered. Driver courtesy: 5/5.
• MAK Ziarah: Excellent service. Driver courtesy: 5/5.
• MAK to JED: Overall acceptable. Driver courtesy: 5/5, but driving skills were below average. Frequent unnecessary braking caused discomfort and could lead to dizziness for passengers.
Overall service by the company is 4.5 stars
