• JED to MED: Overall satisfactory. The only concern was the taxi suspension, which was briefly explained through the call centre WhatsApp. Driver courtesy and understanding: 3.5/5. You dont call your passenger bro and at least say thank you when people give you drinks.
• MED to JED: No issues encountered. Driver courtesy: 5/5.
• MAK Ziarah: Excellent service. Driver courtesy: 5/5.
• MAK to JED: Overall acceptable. Driver courtesy: 5/5, but driving skills were below average. Frequent unnecessary braking caused discomfort and could lead to dizziness for passengers.

Found them with a quick google search and was pleasantly surprised with the ziyarat service. 10/10 the car was good and would recommend them.

I do recommand Umrah Taxi online: this company is really serious, from the answers I got to my questions, to their reactivity, to the skilled and respectful driver - English speaker - who was punctual in both directions and who calls you to confirm the trip, to the brand-new car: a high level of professionalism which is hard to find in the country. Up to now, the best experience I had. If needed, I'll not hesitate to contact them again.
