Jacqui was very efficient and friendly on my initial phone call to report the accident. The line was bad but she called me back immediately when she sorted a new headset. I have sent photos of the damage as asked but not sure what the next step is .

I had a non fault accident a couple of weeks ago and needed assistance getting my excess back. After 2 weeks I had my excess back. Would recommend.

They dealt with everything extremely efficiently...informing me on all matters by telephone and email at each juncture in the process. I can't recommend them more.

Great company to deal with, the only thing stopping me for giving them a 5star is the amount of correspondence I have had to stay on top of has been excessive, especially between United Legal and Enterprise. (you might want to look at your systems) It's sometime felt that I have had to coordinate most of it. (Which I know is not really the case)
Anyway, the claim and repairs went seamlessly which is the end result needed, they were very professional and easy to deal with, so would recommend.

I spoke to a lovely lady called Emma. She was really helpful from start to finish, made me feel at ease and talked me through every step of claim making sure I understood and gave me options. A very professional but sympathetic manner. Highly recommend this company

I had a non-fault accident at the end of November and United Legal Assistance were so helpful throughout the whole process. They explained all my options to me, and were able to get my vehicle booked in within 7 days for repair!! I can't remember who specifically dealt with my claim but every time they answered the phone they were polite and helpful. Would recommend to anyone in the unfortunate position of a car collision.

As a relatively new, older driver with zero experience of car accidents I had no knowledge of the clams process and Liam was responsive, helpful and supportive in his explanations of the process. It transpired I had been detrimented by a misleading third party intervention from the insurers of the driver who hit me, so although ULA couldn't pursue my claim I would call them first should I ever unfortunately be in a no-fault accident again. Excellent service.

First of all the assistance i received was excellent from start to finish as I was notified of everything going on between United legal assistance and the insurance broker, secondly they also pushed the insurers along as they had all the information but were dragging their feet over the claim
