Looking at the reviews here, I might've said James was paying bots to give him good reviews, were I not here to give him a great review myself.

Dealing with insurance claims can be really difficult but James has helped relieve a tonne of stress for me.

Customer-facing staff are often friendly, polite and well-meaning but few demonstrate the deep knowledge of their industry that James did and even fewer are prepared to say "I don't know, but here's how you can find out."

James is a credit to United Legal Assistance and I hope they know it. Give that man a raise!

Good company did a good job in getting my settlement when my car was wrote off from third party insurance in slow in paying

In under 30 days the team assisted me in an admission of liability and payment from third party insurers when another driver hit me whilst stationary who then failed to stop. Well done team - super efficient, friendly and regular clear updates.. 👍

It’s not great to have someone drive into your car when you’re sitting in a traffic queue. And in the current clime, it seems settling insurance claims is getting harder and harder. But United-Legal (and special thumbs up for Lesley Slater) have stayed on top of the claim and have been on hand to answer any questions and reduce trauma in a very timely manner, with rapid turnarounds to emails and other queries and a friendly voice (they answer the phones quickly - wow!) to calm you down. Great job!
