I used United Legal for my recent car crash and they were great, I would definitely use them again

If i could give 6 stars 1 would Jocelyn has been amazing she has been on the third party case weekly until it got sorted , the third party dragged their heels for months but Jocelyn would not let go and she has been brilliant all the way through and got the claim settled. 11 out of 10, i would recommend United legal to anyone they carry out a brilliant service

Our case was dealt with by Clare Gorse and Jocelyn Pye, who I found to be very helpful. Clare kept us up to date throughout the process and I would definitely deal with them again.

I used United Legal to handle my fault claim, and the whole process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. They really took the pressure off! I was provided with a courtesy vehicle, which meant my daily life wasn’t disrupted while my car went in for repairs. The repairs were booked in within a week of the accident, even though my car was still drivable, and everything was completed so quickly.

I'm really glad I chose to go with them. Huge thanks to my claim handler, Katie, who replied to my emails super quickly and patiently answered all my (sometimes silly) questions. I’m so grateful for the support—thank you, United Legal!

I am currently in the process of processing my claim, a courtesy car was sent out the next day, they seem to want to fight your corner more than your own insurance when you are not at fault, my insurance just wanted to settle on 50/50 straight away despite me explaining what happened, I would defo recommend this company! Hichem explained in detail what steps will be taken and has phoned twice since to check I am ok!
