Such a quick efficient service and high quality products! As evidenced by my many orders over the last few months!

Great quick communication & delivery of order. So Well organised with great results. Very exciting getting a new parcel 💕😁💕

Great service every time. Even when I had a question about a pattern someone answered my query pretty much straight away.

Love the excellent overnight delivery service. The Alpaca wool is the best of I have ever knitted. Love the colour selection. Thank you

This is my second order from Unravelled and again it was a smooth seamless service. Would highly recommend

I'm a quilter at heart, but returned to knitting after 20 years when lockdown hit us for the second time and a friend recommended Unravelled. I've knitted my first sock! a revelation. Hopefully I will get round to knitting the second one! I zoomed through a shawlette and now everyone is getting one for xmas as the shops will never be opening again in Auckland at this rate.

At a time when I was emotionally unravelling your kit sets were excellent and speedy service was a life saver. Thank you.

So love these kits they are so quick and as it is hard to get out and about they are brought straight to the door.

I have completed 4 or 5 different patterns/kits from this store, each had different yarns. Not a complaint with any of these. The instructions are clear and detailed, beautiful to create. I love how the kits have everything included, down to the handmade labels. I'm excited to see what I can create next. I am in Melbourne, Australia and have asked questions via email. The response is always quick and informative, and I enjoy the handwritten notes in my orders. I'm so keen for my next project.

Your a Very easy company to deal with. Friendly
Keep up good work
Just wish your shop was open the one time I went I found it inspirational which is hard to get online

I have really enjoyed my first 'Unravelled' experience.

Love the knit kits. Prompt delivery and great communication from the team at Unravelled.

Website easy to navigate and parcel arrived promptly.

Bought my second kit. Same excellent service. Another great pattern. Finished in a week. Lovely garment to wear. In the Clouds

Beautiful wools that I have never seen anyone else. The packs that are already made up with patterns etc are great and if short of inspiration are hugely useful. I have knitted a big rug which I am thrilled with and now in the process of knitting a jersey for myself. AND of course the wonderful service and amazing ladies.

Wool came quickly, looked exactly like the web store and the instructions were clear and concise.
