How lucky are we to have this beautiful business in our midst! My sister and I recently brought some wool and a pattern from Unravelled & was served by the lovely Jane!
As with our last experience with Jane, we found her to be a true inspiration to inspire us to keep knitting!
Jane and her team are professional and always go out of their way to help us with any issues with our knitting.

So easy to deal with
So easy to deal with especially when I made a mistake on the order - they changed it no problem and the goodies arrived within around 2 days. So quick . My only issue is that I want to keep buying more - love these ladies and their website!

Get Knitting!
I discovered Unravelled while stuck in lockdown in Auckland.
I haven't knitted for over 30yrs, so when I came across the advert in facebook and discovered they offered kits, it seemed a perfect way to rekindle my love of knitting. The kits are great. The come with everything you need and all top quality. I am now slowly rebuilding my confidence and my collection of knitting tools, patterns and yarn and all while still in lockdown!

Customer service was excellent and extra wool provided free, when I didn’t have quite enough to complete the collar. I think the diagram for placement of collar could be clearer, but other instructions were fine

Another 3 projects to work on as so impressed with the last 3 I have done, quick delivery again from NZ to Aus, only problem I have is figuring out how to make the wool into balls for two of the projects 🤔

Not enough wool provided with the kit
Not enough wool provided with the kit. I had to shorten the sleeves to be able to finish off the band and use scraps to sew it up. This kit cost a lot of money and I would expect an extra wool allowance for individual knitting types
