I invested with Uown in January 2018 and, as at the start of October 2020, I have received a 36.8% return on my initial investment. This is absolutely first class, and a rather better return than I could have got putting my money in a normal savings account. I will certainly be continuing to invest with Uown.

Very pleased with my returns in what is a difficult current environment.

Great job (communication and results) through Covid

I am a big fan of UOwn - I have been investing with them for more than 6 months and not once have they been late with dividend payments or updating investors with matters that concern them. I personally would like to stay with UOwn for a long time coming simply because of their consistency and timely manner.

UOWN does everything they say they will do.

Deal flow and number of investors is less than ideal.

Does what it says on the tin. Simple and easy investment with good returns at low risk

UOWN has been a sound investment for me for the last two years. They have chosen well researched properties to offer clients and these have been very profitable for me in terms of rental income and capital appreciation. I am very content to continue being an investor.
My only criticism is the website which I find very difficult to navigate.

I have trial investments with seven property crowdfunding platforms. UOWN is the only one that has delivered on time and on budget. All the others, in addition to using COVID as an excuse, have had delays and dubious excuses some bordering on the slimy. When UOWN comes up with another development project if it looks interesting I'll be in (unlike four of the other platforms that I won't touch again.)

Edit at 06.01.21 - when I said four platforms above that I will not touch again, now it's five.

Working well for me

This was the second platform i used for online investment in property but it has proved out to be the best. Website is easy to use. Dividends are always on time. I would recommend it to any one looking for a good online investment.

Have been with Uown a couple of years and have had an excellent experience so far. It’s an easy platform to use and all dividends (ie rental income) have arrived on time every month.

Very trusted and transparent platform. They were always clear about the risk and provide updates to ease the worry especially under these hard circumstances

Some of the properties I'm invested in are late, but UOWN haven't provided any updated timelines. I understand that Covid has impacted projected exit dates, but they should be updating investors and updating the Estimated Completion Dates on the website.
