Excellent platform - reliable and regular payments on time every time - 0.5% paid each month, my wife and I invest both very happy with uown

This new enterprise has the potential to do well. So far Uown has delivered consistent rental returns of around 6-7%, and the business model looks sound. However properties are very slow to fund, and this means that any investment is presently illiquid. No secondary market exists yet, although one soon should, for the one property that is now fully funded. Uncertainty about such things is hampering new investment, and at the moment it is a bit of a gamble as to when you might ever get your money back should you need it.

I made my first small investment in UOWN around 3 months ago after being disappointed by a rival property crowdfunding site. I live in Leeds so the thought of owning part of a property that I could actually see really appealed to me. Compared to the rental yields of their competitors, UOWN tend to pay far more. Three months on and all rent payments made on time, I have just invested a far larger amount now I feel comfortable with the business.

I really like what UOWN stand for. You can tell they say what they mean in the brand they've built. I've dealt with the team at UOWN too, they're a genuine bunch who believe in what they're doing, for the right reasons. That's worth a lot if you're looking for people to trust with your money.

Great idea and a good way to invest some spare cash at the end of the month! Website very informative, breaks down the complexity and is easy to use. Regular emails keep me updated and let me know when my rental income is in my account, I have already earned more than I would have if it was just in a bank account!

Excellent customer service, and clear that the company is aiming to be transparent and enthusiastic. Wishing them all the luck - this seems like a great idea.

The team have created something really special and unique here - beautiful website, easy to understand platform and cool branding. Everyone knows and understands property but their are barriers to entry for young professionals such as myself - but not anymore. I can reap the benefits of property investments without taking out a mortgage or exposing myself to just one property, but by instead building a diverse portfolio to spread my risk. I can see the potential capital appreciation and yield I can get on my investment and monitor it on my profile - brilliant and easy.

A unique investment product based on properties that have delivered strong rental returns for years, a smooth sign up process and plenty of relevant communication from UOWN before, during and after becoming an investor.

Returns already received on my initial investment after just four weeks, and looking forward to seeing how UOWN continues to grow its operations and opportunities.

I have been impressed with the level of commitment UOWN have shown in regard to ensuring we are kept up to date with the opportunities in the property market. Simple and straight to the point.

Loved how easy they have made it to understand the whole process from initial investment all the way through to potential returns whilst also outlining the possible risks - already had some return from my money and better than I'd get from any savings account I have.
