Late cancelled and terrible service
Late cancelled and terrible service.
Massage cancelled apparently 3 hours before but no notification was sent to my app and no text. I’m sat here in my robe waiting for my therapist to turn up, I checked the app to message her and ask her if she was on her way to find my massage had been cancelled.
Got through to a live agent quite quickly in fairness, only to be told “sorry for your inconvenience.”
What a joke, nowhere near good enough. Last time I book with them.

Sadly a late night appontment became…
Sadly a late night appontment became delayed and I had to have a number of correspondences with Urban via chat and email to get my refund. On top of needing a massage because I was stressed I had the added stress of negotiating my refund as chat told me I would need to contact elsewhere for approval. Improve the user experience. If a therapist agrees they cannot make the appointment on time enable auto cancelation and refund. End of.

I feel sorry for the therapists on this platform
I feel very sorry for the therapists on this booking platform. The support and system is shocking. They take a huge commission for the privilege to be on their platform yet offer both the client and therapist terrible service. A real shame as 5 years ago when I joined I had high hopes. For the past three bookings something has gone wrong. Pity as the therapists are great.
