Wonderful therapists
The therapists are great and provide excellent service.
I would suggest that you consider your specific needs then look into the therapists' information to identify which would be best for you, eg not all massage therapists offer the full range of massages available; not all physios have experience with all clinical specialties.
With regard to the admin side, I don't usually need to contact their customer service team but today I had a few queries related to a current promotion and gift cards. I have a neural processing difficulty so I thought it best to contact them for clarification. Initially it was fine but I finished with the impression that I was taking too long and asking too much. It was disappointing given the wonderful experiences I have had with their therapists; my rating would be 5 stars of solely based on the therapists.

Tension Headache Relief
I had been suffering with a prolonged migraine and tension headache and in need of relief I booked a same day evening body and scalp massage. I explained these symptoms to my therapist Judy who suggest Cranium Sacral therapy. The treatment was incredible and provided the relief I was looking for. I felt incredibly relaxed and the muscle tension I had been holding melted away.

I booked a massage for my birthday with…
I booked a massage for my birthday with a woman called Kerry D and whilst waiting for the massage I realized that she canceled the booking literally the day before in the evening. They did not give me any sort of compensation and they completely ruined my birthday as I was so looking forward to it. Such an unreliable website.
UPDATE: they’ve provided me with a free massage and now everything is sorted thanks urban!

Have had about 8 or more home massages…
Have had about 8 or more home massages with Urban. All have been very good. Therapists arrive on time and set up quickly. Great to not have to get dressed and drive/get bus home after. This latest one by Kristina was the best so far.
