Usually pretty savvy about ordering off the Internet but other half wanted these and of course I didn't check reviews. My mistake 4 weeks later items arrived not what I ordered but two completely different colours. I contacted my credit card supplier and put in a cash back as they are obviously a scam site. Lesson learnt.

It’s a scam website. Please avoid it as I have ordered shirts but haven’t received them. The website should be blocked

Sent wrong items and won't return emails for refund. No way to send back. Think this is just someone seeing what they can get away with ..

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE - I ordered 4 jumpers for my son for school, they didn’t send any order confirmation email. After chasing 3 times, they then sent an email to say it had been dispatched, i still do not have my order.
Apparently it was delivered the day BEFORE I arrived home from holiday and I still do not have it. I’ve sent numerous email and left voicemails but no answer and no order has been received. Awful company with zero customer service

Looks like a scam ,I order size S received size M.Sent over 10 emails for return label ,nobody answer.Avoid this website.Hope will be close down soon.

I would give this site minus 100 stars if possible. I ordered two items and received my order after about a week.
Both items were the wrong order and not what I’ve ordered. I’ve tried over and over to contact the company via email and telephone to be ignored about the issue. I wouldn’t suggest anyone buy from this company or you will be disappointed

Ordered a shirt, was too small and want to send back. Never heard anything despite several attempts.

Ordered replacement shirt and nor arrived. Waited over 2 weeks and nothing! Scam website! Need reported!! Dont buy from them! Probably.Chinese company, like most of them on Google ads

Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered 2 black zip jumpers for my son’s school. 1 black and 1 BLUE arrived. Advised them of their mistake and they have completely ignored me after I rejected their offer of keeping the BLUE jumper for £5 refund. Advised this was not suitable due to it being the wrong colour for the uniform. I have now sent back recorded delivery and have still not received refund for the Blue Jumper. No answer to emails, txts or phone calls. I have sent over numerous emails with pictures of proof for refund and nothing back at all. I have now lost money from this company. But I am phoning my bank back to reclaim the payment.

Ordered clothes over 2 weeks ago with next day delivery and still have not received. I've left numerous emails and numerous voice mails/calls on their answering machine - still not been contacted back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM SCAM SCAM! could not get any clearer they take your money send you wrong item wrong sizes and you will not be able to get hold of them for a refund return nothing! They have no customer service no contact number. The contact they have no one answers. This is obviously a dodgy limited company set Everything is dodgy about this company So if you didn't read the reviews on this company before you ordered your clothes I feel sorry for you. Ive had to swallow that I've been scammed of all the money I've spent on them. Because you will not get reply on emails answer on calls nothing you are fighting a loosing battle. Absolutely disgusting what they do to people and companies like this are actually aloud to be open and carry on scamming more and more people. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! SO ANGRY 😡

No received my order and did not get an email acknowledgement for my order so don’t have a reference to chase!

Terrible company.

Sized at least 2 sizes to small and that’s being generous.

Returned the items. And no refund 5 emails later still no refund and no reply what so ever.

Ordered clothing never arrived and email enquiries have been ignored. I even paid extra for next day delivery ffs.

Do not go to “urbane London” it’s a complete scam website! Ordered clothes a month ago and nothing has arrived l, sent 7 emails which they replied to 2 of them, had to contact my bank for a full refund!! Scamming b*astards count your god damn days!!

Returned a shirt was to small and over two weeks and no refund.
Emailed them twice and messaged them on there web site and nothing.
Had confirmation they have the shirt from Royal Mail.
Of course you cant telephone them!!

It's a total scam company, I ordered small shirt i didn't receive my order yet I call them no answer phone

Absolutely avoid this company if there is such a company at all costs no communication no delivery just a big Scam STEER CLEAR
