I should have read these reviews before ordering. When I received the items they were nowhere near the quality that they seemed in the photos and were shapeless and horrible. The worst thing is their aggressively worded returns policy which says that you can only return items if there's fault. I have sent an email requesting to return my items but I am worried now that I have also fallen victim to this scam company and have wasted my money. Buyer beware!
***Update*** The company emailed me to say that they would accept my return and gave me an address in China to return the items to. I suspect they assume that nobody will bother to return items to China but I have done this (at great expense, with full Royal Mail tracking - buyer beware) and will post an update as to whether I have got the refund or not.

It is a scam company. I placed an order for a polo top, and despite sending 3 emails, have received no goods or a refund. There is no phone number to contact them.

Total scam outfit . They are it plain to see a drop shipping company that takes your money and never ships the items . Total garbage

It's a total scam company, I ordered a XL jacket, when it arrived it was a medium at best and looked 2nd hand or pre worn, nothing like the pictures advertised. There were no returns process added, I have emailed them numerous times, but no response. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible quality clothes. Misadvertised.

Bought a sunset/rise hoodie. Photos dhow cotton embroidered hoodie & never show the front.

Item was a shoddy synthetic printed hoodie with print peeling & huge mustard word DANDY printed on the front.

They state even though item significantly not as described i need to cover £13 postage back to China.

Clearly NO quality checking whatsoever.

Avoid this company as it’s a scam. They use pictures from other companies and AI the face. For example I’ve seen a Navy Wool jumper and it’s the same picture from Mr Marvis. And if you zoom in you can see the Mr Marvis logo on the jumper! 😂

This company should be ashamed of themselves! The quality of their products are nothing like the description or picture! Then when you want to return its to china and cost as much to return as products cost! They do this so they dont have to give money back. It aslo took over a month to get products. I have given this company way too much of my time but I am furious.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

This online store is a scam. I ordered a hoodie for my niece. The material is cheap polyester, and it is very poorly built. When we wanted to return it, they said you have to pay for shipping, which is more than the item costs. Never buy from this store.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Purchased a hoodie for $30 USD, which looked nothing like the picture, said it was cotton but clearly the tag says polyester. When trying to return the item, the company provides a return address for somewhere in China with a cost over $25 to mail it back. No where in their return policy does it state the customer is responsible for shipping or where it needs to be sent back. This is company trying to rip off Urban Outfitters with its name. Garbage company with garbage products and garbage customer service. Don’t lose your money.

I wish I could give this less than one star. I am baffled by the Customer Service. First of all, I have to say that the quality of the clothing is very poor. But I will blame myself for this because I should have known better. My daughter ordered a hoodie and later decided she wanted a different color. It is absolutely impossible to exchange anything. Same situation with returns. Receipt or no receipt, you cannot make any returns or exchanges. I had a very odd response from Customer Service that literally made no sense. She said “ it is for that reason that it cannot be exchanged.” But didn’t tell me the reason… It was very, very, very odd. I am waiting until they go out of business. I’m annoyed.

Do Not Order from them. They sent the cheapest, worst quality sweatshirt which was nothing like advertised online. It took over a month to get here, horrible quality, and yes, like others said, to return it, you have to send it back to China. They are horrible to work with. Total scam.

SCAM. We had same experience as April in pervious post. Also the items had no tags, and look like what I’ve seen from Temu. Too bad I ordered 2 …. The link was given to me from granddaughter who got it off social media that’s how they suck people/youth in.

Would give a zero if I could. Terrible quality. Comes from China. I wish I had read these comments before I ordered. Not returning my email to process return.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I am PISSED. This website is the biggest scam I wish it could be shut down altogether. They steal photos of Abercrombie hoodies and I am 99% sure they leave fake reviews. I thought I was getting a cute camo hoodie and when it came it looks like someone printed a blurry photo of camo onto a shtty fabric. I don’t want to even go through the work of returning. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They are scumbags

I would give ZERO stars if I could. My 17 yr old daughter thought she was ordering a cute camo hoodie. It was very cheap and thin and looked like it could fit a toddler or pet. Costs more to ship back ( at your expense) than what you even paid. Company pretends to operate out of California but it’s really in China. Do not buy from this company. They are scammers. Also, you can’t even leave a review on their stupid website.

delay everything they can in offering refund then wanting me to pay for return to china only via DHL which is going to cost 2x more than the item I paid for that was extremely poor quality and the sizing is kids sizing,

i still have not received my order and it’s been about a month. everyone is saying it takes a month and is horrible material. i saw this viral camo hoodie on a snapchat ad. this website is definitely a scam. i would suggest buying something similar on amazon.

Don't order from this place if you want it delivered within a few days to a week, instead, expect a month. Why, because it is shipped from Asia and goes through customs. Also, another reason not to purchase from them is the fact that if you made an error in your purchase, it cannot be cancelled in any way. You'll have to wait a month to receive the item, then you'll have to ship it back at your expense, so you might as well sell it on eBay yourself or just give it away because when it is all said and done, you'll lose money on the item. This is just a store website with no physical location, they are just the middle-man with no inventory, just suppliers for textile companies looking to sell you sub-par materials.

Horrible Quality materials and the clothes i ordered looked nothing like the pictures and were way off on sizing. False Advertisement. And they won’t even let you expose the quality on their website because there’s no place for reviews
