Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.

I ordered several items and only received part of my order. One of the items never arrived, and despite waiting patiently, I am still chasing updates. This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable.

The items that did arrive were a huge disappointment. The quality was far below what was advertised on the website. The fabric felt cheap, the finishing was poor, and the overall product looked nothing like the pictures.

To make matters worse, the sizing was completely off. The item was massively oversized and nowhere near the expected fit. As someone with many years of experience in the fashion industry, I know the difference between a relaxed fit and a badly graded garment. These products were simply not made to an acceptable standard.

Between the missing item, poor quality, inaccurate sizing, and lack of communication, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere. There are far better companies offering better quality, better service, and products that actually match what is advertised.

Die Auslieferung dauert etwas lange, aber die Ware kommt. Zumindest bei mir. Die bedruckten Herrenhemden sind etwas dünn und nach ein paar mal Waschen sicher reif für die Tonne. Die Jacquard-Qualität ist um einiges höher und nach mehrmaligem Waschen auch noch farbecht.

The items don’t have the same look or quality as the photographs but twice they haven’t been delivered to the right apartment building. I am still looking for my LAST Purchase. Do not order from this site.

Very poor service. Very poor quality. Very disappointed. Advertising misleading customers. What i ordered is not what I got. Very disappointed to say the least.

J’ai reçu un gilet tricoté qui est très beau sur la pub Instagram en réalité j’ai reçu un gilet de très mauvaise qualité avec une impression sur du tissu mais rien de tricoté avec des couleurs fades … ce sont des voleurs !! Ne rien commander chez eux c’est une arnaque .. j’ai payé ce gilet 65 euros il n’en vaut même pas 10€

The item I ordered is absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. Very poor quality.

Don't buy off this Company they will rip you off. They show pics of knitted thick Jumpers and send you the thinnest rubbish that's not even knitted. Absolute Rubbish. There's many of them on Facebook showing really thick quality Jumpers. They are all the same and probably the same company.

This company is advertising aggressively at Insta. The goods are massively delayed in shipping and havent reached me because of missing/wrong documentation.

I ordered blue shirts with printed japanese pattern and a soft summershirt. The fabric was said to be ”linenlike”. The items I got were black and the pattern was noway near what it looked like in their ad. The fabric was of poor quality with a distinct ”synthetic” feel. The soft shirt was of apallingly bad quality and probably treated with a chemical bleaching agent with scattered patchy effect that didn’t match the picture in their ad at all. Don’t buy anything from this company!!

Absolute garbage. Unidentifiable material, poor workmanship, bad sizing. Avoid at all costs.

oh weh, gleiche Hose, selbe Größe und eine Abweichung der Maße in fast alle Richtungen um 12 cm. Untragbar im wahrsten Sinn.
Der Aufdruck auf einem Hemd ist nach dem Waschen verwaschen.
20% Preisnachlass lautet das Angebot für untragbare Kleidung.
Für die Rückerstattung, muss die Ware nach China zurück gesendet werden >25€

Really bad quality and nothing like the photo. Thick and starchy material white on the inside printed on the other, something like a tablecloth. The sizing is also way bigger than a standard large. It's a real shame because I liked the shirt and would like to know where the original photo came from so I could source the real shirt.

Just got the shirt. Very poor poor quality textile. It feel like plastic. And size not very working. Don’t buy it.

I recieved today and it's awful! Photoshop picture is loaded in their website. The real one is trash.

Ordered a shirt. Took ages to arrive. The Shirt looks nothing like the picture. Bright and tacky like something you'd expect from a discount store. Made with poor cloth that if rubbed together might catch a light. Looks like someone made it whilst drunk, wearing a blindfold and mittens. Very disappointed.

Extremely disappointed. The item I received was of very poor quality with really dodgy stitching throughout. It looked nothing like the photos. Overall, just a bad experience – I wouldn’t recommend Urlinen to anyone.

I ordered 4 shirts in large and they are large if you're a midget. Material is odd, slick, non-natural fiber.

I agree 100% with the other complaints posted here. I ordered several shirts. The quality (material) is poor, the items didn't fit properly, and not worth the money. They must photo shop the items they sell on their website. I emailed their customer service asking how to go about sending the items back and getting a refund. Their reply was the items came from China (which I took to mean they couldn't be returned), and I was offered a 20% refund and told I could keep the items. This company is a total SCAM. BUYER BEWARE!!! They use substandard material in their products, and your not going to be able to return the items because they won't provide a return address. And it doesn't appear there going to give you a full refund. The 20% I was offered is an insult, and there's no guarantee I'll receive it. I'm going to have to take the loss, and donate the shirts to some charity. I wish I had googled this company up before placing my order because of all the bad reviews. I'm an Amazon Prime member, and from now on, I'll stick with them. At least they stand behind the products they sell.

Eventually got my shirts after like 5-6 weeks. They are a lot more washed out looking than the photos on the website and also for a medium shirt, they feel like a large. Also the fabric is very thin and rough and the grandad collars make you look like a waiter or something.

Scam - really poor and misleading quality goods, goods not as described. I shipped goods back and they still couldn't be bothered refunding my money. Their single email address for 'service' should be relabelled 'nonservice'.
