Never received the things I ordered from this Company don’t order from them unless you want to loose your money very very dissatisfied

If there was less than one star, it would be very poor. Product arrived, damaged and very much too small. Misrepresented on website in terms of materials and quality. Customer service will only issue a paltry refund or I have to post back to China. Very disappointing and very poor.

Terrible experience! I ordered clothes expecting good quality, but what I received was completely different from what was advertised—wrong size, poor materials, and a different model. Customer service was unhelpful, offering generic responses and asking me to pay for expensive return shipping to China, even though the mistake was theirs. Avoid this company at all costs!

Do NOT shop from them, they are a scam, with shabby quality and terrible customer service. I ordered a few products back in August. One never arrived, while half of the ones that did had severe issues (either a totally different color, size or material), the other half with minor issues (mediocre quality of minor sewing mistakes). When I contacted customer service, they responded they can only take defective products back if I pay for the return delivery (which is clearly contrary to their published returns policy, stating they pay for faulty returns) and never even paid me back for the item they never sent. Stay away for your own sake.

Oh my god, the quality is TERRIBLE, the shape is AWFUL, I was concerned it might be too small but I got M and they are enormous. I've done my bit for the Chinese economy...
this is cheap and bad quality material, like paper.
AVOID!!!!
And so difficult to return or do anything about it.
Now I won't trust any clothing advertised on instagram or the like.

I ordered the item arrived and it was shipped from Miami. I didn’t like the way the product fitted. I asked for a refund. I recd an email from the company and they would gladly give me a 20% refund and to keep the order. I didn’t like the item. The returning address is in China. I will never by another product from China.

i ordered some items and they said shipping time will be 9 to 12 days but still + 25 days and nothing happen i contcated them multipe time but they only response with we will contact the wharehouse to ship the package and we are sorry,
im gonna refund my money back if they send the package or not, its not my fault.

Paid for the item (jacket) on 16.09.2024 in the amount of $59.95 + delivery $9.99.
Waited two weeks - no delivery.
Wrote three letters to customer support - no response.
Notified PayPal service.
05.10.24 received a reply that they can not deliver and will refund the money 09.10.24.

Absolute sham. Ordered 3 garments. Website had price in Aud, however they charged in $US, so double the price. When they arrived they were a complete joke. The shorts looked like they’d been made by a novice kid in sewing class.
Have contacted PayPal and asked for refund.
Steer well away.

I purchased 4 shirts - a mix of polo shirts, regular shirts and t-shirts - with prints.

$122 before 10% discount code, so still $110 for 4 shirts. Not exactly cheap which is why I figured they couldn't be half bad.

I was wrong.

The material is awful, the cut, stitches and fit poorly done and the sizes are no way near 3XL. And the smell. Oh god, the smell! Did these shirts come straight out of the chemical plant? Oh, and one of them is clearly polyester and not cotton or linen.

I will not be wearing any of them for all of the above reasons. Straight into the recycling bin they go ... although it would probably be better to put them in the incinerator.

Save your money. Do not purchase anything from Urlinen.

Stoff und Verarbeitung sind extrem minderwertig und nicht wie Beschrieben oder Abgebildet. Statt Leinen kriegt man Billigen Synthetikstoff! Die Bilder repräsentieren weder Farbe noch Stil des Produktes. Die Grössen und Schnitte sind inkonsistent und sehen nicht aus wie beworben.
Das einzig halbwegs hübsche ist die gratis Halskette….

It’s not linen, it’s a cheap con.

Wrong shirt, poor quality, wrong size, no refund. The item cost more to be send back to china than the item itself.

The shirts are decent, although they fit very large. The part where they get you is that if you need to return anything you have to return it to China.

Save your money!!

Sizes are completely wrong and the shirts look and feel terrible.

If you want to return, you have to pay shipping to China!!

Comprei no dia 14/08/2024, 3 para de calças 100% linho e algodão, assim como uma camisola 100% algodão! Hoje dia 02/09/2024, mais de 15 dias depois, recebo a minha encomenda, as 3 calças são 100% POLYESTER e a camisola, não é de algodão. Nenhuma das peças tem a ver com o que está mostrado no site. Paguei 132€ por 4 peças que nem oferecidas eu usava! É um logro. Adicionalmente atenção a mensagens que se fazem passar pelos Correios ou empresa de entrega, com um link para "Actualizar a morada", são mensagens de Phishing!
Os artigos enviados são de outro site lovessales.com, um site que nada tem a ver com o site inglês por onde foi comprada a roupa!

Ordered 3 items, didn't got any information about the shipping whilst shipping date as promised (14 workdays) was already due. After contacting the customer support only got a message that dilevery would take place in a few days. Did not receive any information afterwards. Appealed via PayPal, and got the money refunded. Waste of my energy
