This is a fake English company, actually delivering from China. I ordered shirts that barely resemble pictures of the online store. They claim to cover shipping costs for returns of faulty pieces, but reject this alltogether. Don't buy there

Ordered a mushroom shirt. Three weeks passed - still nothing. Support answered that they "has unexpected delays"

I ordered 2 XL shirts and a XL sweater. The linen shirts are fine and the sizes fit ok. The sweater however is not as advertised. It is cheaply made and the size is all over the place. The body is a 4XL and the arms are a small and don’t even reach my elbows. The fabric is meant to be knitted but it’s more like a printed felt.
I was offered a 20% refund and I can keep the item or 50% refund if I return it to China. The postage alone to china is more than the top is worth. I have cancelled the credit card payment.
UPDATE:
In reply to your response, please refund the faulty goods and provide a local address for their return ??
If you really care about your customers experience.

It has been over a month since I placed my order (ORDER URLINEN13705), and I have yet to receive it. Despite sending multiple emails to inquire about the status of my shipment, I have not received a satisfactory response. I find it concerning that this issue has not been addressed and that there has been a lack of communication from your side. As a customer, I expect a higher level of service and transparency. I urge you to review my order and provide an update as soon as possible. The way this matter has been handled is disappointing, and I hope it can be resolved promptly.

I gave them four stars , because I decided to cancel my order and (1) not only did they give me an immediate entitlement to refund (2) they fully acknowledged my order cancellation . The latter gives me full credit card protection so I appreciate their professionalism.

Hier nichts kaufen. Ist einfach Schrott und kommt aus der chinesischen Pampa. Rücksendung unleistbar. Somit bleibt man auf dem Schrott sitzen.

I've ordered 2 items - a linen T-shirt and pants and got something that is NOT linen. It is made of 100% polyester. DO NOT ORDER FROM URLINEN

Scam.After long wait recieved a shirt nothing like what was on the website.
Wrong colour, Wrong material (NOT Cotton) and wrong size.
Do not waste your money.

Untrustworthy. I am stuck with them and cannot get back my money and the goods are 2 weeks late and I have no way to trace them

Ordered and paid for 7 items that have been advertised as cotton or mixed cotton. 5 of them are pure polyester. The shipping time was more than a month instead of the promised 8-12 business days. The so called 'Support' is unresponsive.
At this time, I got two good shirts, 5 pieces of Chinese industrial crap and 7 plastic bags for about 150 USD. I did my math. The probability of receiving a proper item was less than 30%, the rest was paid for garbage.
You should do your math, too.
EDIT: The price of poor quality products has been refunded. Still, it is a waste of time, and time, as we all know, can not be refunded.

Just taken delivery of a fantastic "Mushroom" Shirt - Fits perfectly ( and I am 6' 5" and 18.5 Stone!) Grandad collar (as shown in the ad) Nice and light - will order again - the only thing is that it is a slow delivery - 4 weeks. Clear tracking, just a bit slow.

Waited weeks for delivery of a shirt covered in cats.
Finally received one covered in dogs.
No interest in dogs.
Not what I ordered.

Scam. I ordered a green linen tshirt and pants and recieved grey nylon tracksuit pants and grey nylon tshirt. No reply to my email looking for a refund so I will be appealing through PayPal.

Very poor quality I order a shirt image on front did not match and they will not refund or replace it.

Scam company. Products being shipped from China. After 15 days of writing to them since I paid for the clothing I received a link for a tracking app showing a parcel in China that has not moved in 3 days and is sitting without any tracking updates. No answers from customer service. Finally had to dispute visa transaction. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY, they are NOT LEGIT.
