The staff at Urns for Ashes pulled out all the stops to make sure the garden urn I ordered arrived in time for our family gathering in Gower,South Wales.

Mum passed away 8 years ago and had rested in her casket on Dad's bedroom chest of drawers. Dad was reunited with her in February and I wanted something special for them both to be together. I found the Oak Cremation Bench which seemed perfect as they both loved their garden. I needed a slightly shorter length to fit the place I had in mind. Darren was so very helpful in arranging this with the craftsman and his attention to detail with regard to the plaques I wanted was also outstanding. There was a slight delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond anyone's control but Darren kept me advised at all times. The bench now delivered is beautiful . The solid oak crosspiece forming the seat is extremely heavy so not a one man job to handle. It is the perfect resting place for Mum and Dad to be together in the garden and where I can sit and have a chat. Thank you to Darren for all his help and the carpenter for making this wonderful tribute

A beautiful, stylish urn for my beautiful and stylish husband’s ashes. We wanted something that would look lovely in our home and not like a traditional or cold looking urn. It’s a beautiful piece of ceramics and it was delivered very quickly. A lovely experience and something to treasure

It was truly more beautiful than I imagined it would be. Darren was so helpful is assisting me through each step, sending me pictures of the urn for my approval before it was made. I had been looking for a beautiful and sympathetic container for my husband who wished his ashes to be buried at sea. I found a pale blue pillow made from handmade paper made in Thailand. It was just perfect for the occasion and I was very happy.

I ordered a cream sandstone pedestal with a stainless steel lotus flower for on top, from this company. We had the pedestal engraved with a beautiful verse in memory of my beautiful Mum and the engraving finished in silver to complement the lotus flower.
It looks so beautiful, just as my Mum was ❤️

Absolutely beautiful double urn. The picture really doesn’t do it justice of how lovely it is. The two birds on tree look so in place in the garden that my mum and dad loved so much. Fantastic customer service too.

I looked at many urns online. My son was a big man, therefore needed a big urn. I didn't want to see/deal with his ashes & preferred to keep them in the box. The biogradable wicker basket was beyond expectation. Sturdy, strong, large enough & choice of colours. No fuss transaction, and delivered in sturdy box. Highly recommended
