It seemed a little more difficult than necessary to track the package. Motel also is quick to reach out for me to take a survey for them but curiously quiet about updating shipping information.

Need a taller size
i’m very tall so i was so happy that you guys offered different inseams and i ordered the tallest one available, 34”. this inseam usually works with my height and i was very disappointed when it didn’t work out. Include more tall sizes!

i’m having trouble with your sizing
i’m having trouble with your sizing. I was a 24/30 in one pair (same style) and when i bought the same size in another color i can barely get the up over my hips!! Help!!!
I sent an email and requested to return them for a credit so i can order a bigger size but no one has replied to me.
i wish there was a phone number to call customer service.

I never got my package like hello idk if it’s a DHL issue but it said it’s been delivered for weeks and I haven’t recieved anything like these jeans r a billion dollars i don’t have the money to just throw it away like that.

I’ve shopped at Motel Rocks a few…
I’ve shopped at Motel Rocks a few times, and am always decently satisfied with my purchases. Shipping is fast and the customer support team is always very helpful.
I am leaving 4/5 stars because although I think their designs are absolutely amazing- the quality never matches the price point. The fabrics are usually extremely cheap feeling and the fit is entirely hit or miss.
I love the store and will continue to shop here, I do hope that one day they will improve their manufacturing though.

Poor sizing
The sizing is completely off. Usually when swimsuits go up in size, they not only go up in the size of the band, but also in the cup. I have a large cup size, so I ordered the XL. (Which typically works for me). The cup doesn’t even cover the size of my hand. Imagine that on a breast! The stitching on this bathing suit top is also not the best. There’s visible strings hanging off of the top. Very cute print but it’s clear this is only made for smaller chested people.
