Buying my first OSIM today...
After thorough evaluation in comparing with other companies, I placed an order today with OSIM.
I shall provide further reviews on after-sale support & product-usage over the next few years.
Even after 3 to 5 years of usage, I was told that I could trade in my today's purchase for a newer model.

OMG!! What a wonderful experience, the staff, their knowledge and of course their amazing whole body wellness products. I have been going for full body massages for my entire adult life and know how important it is for your overall wellbeing. And I was amazed to find a massage chair that actually feels like the real thing. And the OSIM representatives had great understanding of the products, they ask questions to get an understanding of your needs and issues are and listen to your answers. Friendly and welcoming, with no pressure. Five stars from the time we entered the store till the time we left.

Came here at Fairview Mall Osim location to purchase a leg massager for my mother-in-law 70th birthday. The moment we walked into the store, we were greeted by friendly customer service representative. They explained to us the products thoroughly and the best thing is there’s a promotion going on. My advice to everyone who is considering buying their products.
1. They charged triple the price in North America compared to Asia.
2. Their products are ALL non-refundable.
3. Their product reviews are really bad in Asia.
Do as much research as possible before you pay.

Just what we are looking for.
The sale associate was friendly and was able to answer all our questions for us to decide on the uthrone massage gaming chair. It provided great pressure and range of massage for a portable massage chair.
