I have to give this company a star to post, I moved out of state and switched carriers to what my husband uses. I had a final bill and so I tried every available route I could possibly to pay, and could not get anywhere. It is a shame and should be illegal that they do not offer former customers an easily accessible way to pay a final bill
All they have to do is create a link. That's it. Anyway, TMOBILE better be better to their colustomers, both former and current. I'm not surprised USCELLULAR is becoming a thing of the past. lol I love it actually!!!! I ended up sending a cashiers check. I hope it's accepted because if I'm sent to collections after all this there will ne hell to pay.

An automatic payment came out of my account on March 2nd, on March 20th I canceled , as I found a much more reasonable plan elsewhere. I paid a " special" $300.00 more. For several months they e- mailed me with a monthly bill that was overdue. It ended up on my credit report and costed another $142.00 to get them off my back. Total scam. Rip off. No wonder their stock tanks !

We have been with Us. Cellular for over 20 years the reason we got them the service picked up in Rural areas that other carriers would not. Since T-Mobile has taken over I don't have service in the rural areas like I use to and now I am dropping calls or having SOS Signals in the middle of town. I have called over the last several months and all they can say is they have shut towers down in said rural areas and now the towers in town are "begin worked on " they have no idea of when they will be back up and running. I am paying over $400 now for a cell phones we can't use due to lack of service. I guess it is time to change services if they can not provide us with equally to or better service. You would think 2 companies combining together you would have the best service around but they don't its the worst service around

Poor customer service! Raised rates and no notice. When I inquired about rate change and notification they indicated that “is why you have a MyAccpunt”. After being a container since late 90s definitely going to switch to Verizon.

Tried to upgrade phone but told only option is to buy outright or go to T-mobile and have them buy me out...you all have been saying for the past year or two, that you had already joined. Now I have to wait another day, month, year to upgrade or add to my plan. How does this make any sense.

I have been a US Cellular customer for years never had an issue. Then since they started talking US Cellular and T-Mobile merger what I have discovered is no merger but in fact US Cellular sold us down the creek. I'm not fully switched over yet but my service is totally trashed now and it wasn't the best before but I had no complaints.
Now I got location issues can barely get a site to the road what's supposed to be 5G speed is a joke and totally trash. You look it T-Mobile's reviews on here and it's nothing but one Stars. I'm a prepaid customer I have to be switched over by June I don't know what I'm going to do..
I live alone in a rural setting and I have to have reliable service in case of emergency

YOUR company dropped my landline and after hours and hours of customer service contacts it was straightened out. This month it went back up AGAIN!!

Secondly when leaving early apparently they have a limit of 15 people per escalator because I guess the assume they have no more than 15 people leaving at one time. Clearly they’re are trying to make up for the recent shooting. But they’re too dumb to realize that level of security starts at the entrance not within the park. If you are in Chicago go to wrigley this place will ruin your experience.

If anyone on here says they have a bill lower than 70$ a month they are full of it. I ported and unlocked my phone to at&t(thank god) and they still were charging me for my cellphone after I payed the full amount off(which you have to do to unlock it)AND had the nerve to tell me I have to pay till the next bill cycle...tell me how that makes sense when I payed my bill remainder off as well. Never going back to them...I'd rather have a trac phone then to deal with their customer service. Absolutely horrible...now I know why everyone is switching.

The low rating on here is only since T Mobile ruined US Cellular. I got unlimited data/texting and 35gb hot spot data for $55/mo with calls to MX/CA. USC would just slow my data on the hotspot after 35gb. After TM bought it, they just cut if off at 35 and I had to call and get more data added. Still a great deal. I also never had to download any app or start any online account that would endanger my data to hackers. No other cellular company out that had such great coverage in rural areas esp not TM. TM just bought a great company simply to put it out of business they could not compete with them and did not want to make customers such generous offers. Only once did I experience missing data on camping trip at 4am when I was in bed asleep with my phone turned off. USD gave me back that data. When I had AT&T they routinely disappeared my data. I had to call so many times they told me I was flagged as a "problem customer". That's when I went to USC many years ago and it was a great experience. I don't even want to have a phone now. RIP US Cellular :( You will be missed....

Wow. A “new policy” not allowing for payment arrangements. I have been without a job for a few months so I need my phone on. We owe a measly $60 and you can’t extend the date to next week?!?. This is poor customer service, but I am guessing decisions are being made by rich people who have no idea what the real world is like. Fk you uscellular and most of all fk T-mobile. Also, the “T-mobile perks” suck.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but after switching carriers and being left with a balance, I was told there was no option to set up a payment arrangement, only that it would be sent straight to collections.
That kind of inflexibility is unacceptable, especially for a long-time customer. Instead of working with me, they chose the most extreme route.
I just switched, and honestly, this company’s approach is beyond ridiculous. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here.

Beeen with US Cellular for over 30 years. US Cellular teamed up with T-Mobile and we were informed they would not be servicing a lan line anymore. We shifted over to Verizon which offered lan line service. Cancled our US cellular lines on 8 April which was the first day of the billing cycle. They charged us anotehr months feed at $132.42 through 7 May 2026 even though service was suspended. Communicated with support and they refused to issue any refund even though service was suspended. Talked to a superviosor and no help. When I asked for the address to file a compalint with US cellular they hung up the phone.

What do I do next? File a complain with TMobel or the FCC?

Life long US Cellular customer. Cancelled my service on 04/01 and was sent an invoice saying I owed 146.13 for services until 04/25. Couldn't reason with the foreign representative. US Cellular using same predatory and deceptive business practices as cable companies.
Very disappointed in what they have become.
Horrible customer service and mistakes on their part.
I had the iPhone 15 plus, then my mom upgraded it to a Samsung phone then her and I swapped phone numbers so she got the Samsung and I got her old iPhone 15 pro max.
After this swap i decided to remove my phone from her account and make my own account. When I viewed my bill on the MyAccount app i saw that my iPhone 15 pro max was the phone linked to my account but my bill showed I was paying for her Samsung. I called customer service multiple times and every time I have called they tell me that my only option is to completely pay off her Samsung. I’m worried that even if I pay off her Samsung my iPhone 15 pro max will not be unlocked, and it will unlock her phone instead. Not a single customer service tech has helped me even though an investigation was filed. I DO NOT recommend USCellular.
