Working with our Case Manager, Jeffery Hoffses was great! He was incredibly helpful and responded quickly any time I emailed him questions or my responses.

Jeffrey Hoffses was more than helpful. He walked me through all the steps and was extremely thorough.

There was absolutely no value.
After paying them to put our registration together, there was no follow-through. I had to take complete control and work with the SAM.gov to complete our registration. Which is what I paid them to do. I do not recommend their service, do your own research Apex services are available in all areas they offer a free guide to make your registration headache free. They also have workshops to help with government contracting.

My sincere appreciation for the outstanding support I received from Josh Schnoop @ USFCR during our SAM registration process. Josh prompt responses and thorough explanations was invaluable and made the entire process not only manageable but also much more straightforward. I wholeheartedly recommend USFCR to anyone seeking assistance in similar matters.

Johnathan Hagan was amazing! I didn't have to worry about a thing. He was very specific and descriptive in assigning me action items, leaving no room for confusion. I barely had to think about it.

I took a look at the SAM Registration services of USFCR and declined to use them because they wanted way too much money for something that I can do for free plus an hour of my time. However, since then, I am repeatedly receiving emails and phone calls from this company despite informing them of my lack of interest and requesting that I be placed on their do-not-call and do-not-email registries. This company, particularly Stephen, continue to harass me. I have had to make an FCC complaint and hopefully that will stop the harassment. My advice is to stay away from this aggressive and unethical operation.

Misleading website did not clearly state what service was being requested or provided.

I would highly recommend USFCR. The registration process went very well with the Help of Jacob and Huff.

We received great, fast service once again. Responsiveness is unparalleled.

What did they do that is the question ? Toby Fritz and Jacob Cummings called me daily . Trying to get me to join there web site. After them telling me and I quote " We will teach you how to make bids on the SAM.GOV site and we will Help you place bids and teach you the ins and out about government contracting . Well guess what I gave them 699.00 dollars and then good ol Toby Fritzs who blew up my phone for a week was nowhere to be found and would not take any of my calls . This is were Jacob Cummings takes over and he was not worth the phone call because he was worse than Toby Fritz. I caled and ask for toby a couple of times only to be told he has been moved to a different location.. Hopefully its a jail cell for the lying and stealing he did.. I bet if you call and ask for him he is there just not when I call.. Nothing but scammers. If I could give them 0 stars I would have wasted 700 dollars...

I have been with Huff for 3 or 4 years now. He makes the process of SAM renewal so easy. Huff is very knowledgeable and I enjoy working with him.

BE CAREFUL! USFCR is an absolute SCAM! Targeting the unexpected and less knowledgeable regarding SAM.gov procedures. Don’t be fooled, SAM.gov is a free Federal Government website and APEX Accelerators is a free program that will help you with SAM.gov.

Write this company off as an elaborate scam. They do what you can do for free but we understand time is money. Their upsell game is great. They tell you everything you want to hear right up until they get your money. Then communication drops right off, time lines get blown out of the water and you will never receive a job from them. Every bit of help at this point cost even more money. We are at the 1.5 year mark waiting on certifications we were told would take 2-3 months. Each person we dealt with has blamed this on someone else in the company or the government. They got us for $8300. Save your time save your money and contact your state as they will walk you through this process for free.

The content is fine, they provide a service that you can do for yourself. They help by guiding the process if you don't want to be much involved in thinking about it or can't learn from the SAM.gov provided free resources. I think they are helpful for starting and if you need handholding but not what we were looking for.

Erin Gilmer was great. I had a complicated set of issues with our SAM expiring during my father-in-law's illness this winter. I also was not familiar with the SAM site as I am new to the Federal business regulations but learned a lot from Erin during the resubmission process for our new UEI, business address changes, etc. We expected that it would take 10 to 15 working days, but only required 3 days to get approved. A big shout out to Erin for the help!

My representative, Aiden Ashe was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. He also followed up well. My position incurs constant interruptions so it is very difficult to complete a task. Aiden was patient and thorough threw the entire process. I would not have been able to complete this without his help.

Company representative was professional, thorough, and extremely responsive. I've been trying to register in SAM for MONTHS and just kept getting lost. Jeff got it done in TWO WEEKS! WOW!

Both Aidan Ashe and Huff Bhatia were very understanding of the perils we were in and responded appropriately. When despite several efforts we couldn't resolve it, I felt that they went out of their way to pave the way and remove hurdles by guiding us as if holding hands and showing us the way to it. They were very patient and kind with our impatience and extreme stress as we were really pressed against the wall for an active SAM. Such persistence is very facilitative and fulfilling especially since there are several parties to deal with simultaneously and each with its own sets of burning issues. A million thank you to both of them not just from me but my team.

The process was efficient and there was great communication and follow up with my case manager. She was reassuring and made it a very pleasant process.
