Rip you off and charge you for free services. It's a scam do not fall for their sales pitch.

I looked into the company's services. After which I spoke with two people at the SBA who emphatically stated that the SAM.gov and 8a process is so straightforward that paying someone to do it is a waste of resources.

US Federal Contractor Registration (USFCR) is an amazing company that has helped my team acquire many different GOV. contracts. They make the process very simple and stream line. They have an amazing sense of urgency and is always there to help assist all of you Gov. needs.

Helen was very prompt and knowledgeable about what we needed to do. I did not have to do anything but follow her advice/instructions.

USFCR is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL company in the Federal State and Local Contracting consultant space. They take no accountability in their short comings and make excuses. If I could give zero stars I would. I will say the salesman was very personable, and a few others on their team were very nice and knowledgeable in their roles, however, when it came down to it, they did not listen to my needs and what I needed for my company. They sold me a product that I do not need. I am already registered for SAM. I already have my WBENC, WOSB, SB, and SDB. Shawn Smeltz, the Vice President of USFCR, spoke to me like I and my company do not matter, as though I am unintelligent, and makes a point to let you know that losing your business does not matter, nor do your affiliate referrals matter because of their 114,000 other clients. Needless to say my refund is being processed after a week in a half of being strung along waiting for answers. The VP got his gratification by hanging up on me letting me know that I can go get services from their competitors when I asked the real and difficult questions when it came to friendly competition and how we would best handle contract writing when they have multiple clients bidding in the same space, and how they would handle referrals and if I would get the scraps of what was left if they can't help me with proposal writing because they are writing for another client on the same bid (which I respect that last part and not competing against their own clients). I needed to know how they will handle helping me with the technical questions that I needed to answer because I do need their help since part of what I had purchased was their VMS, and I needed the info ASAP. He kept telling me you have to do the training and answer them yourself. I could not get through to him that I needed his legal team to review and assure that all technical parameters were met. He keeps talking down to me to tell me go to the training and even went so low to try to reduce my integrity because I missed a voicemail the day prior when I expressed my lack of satisfaction. NOTHING WAS EXPLAINED. HOW WOULD I KNOW that I had to self-teach myself on their VMS???? HOW WOULD I KNOW THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND ALL OF THEIR CLIENTS when it comes to what we need to win our contracts even mutual ones when it comes to the technical components that will not impact the bones of the proposal???

I will never do business with USFCR or their affiliates. Perhaps I may be shooting myself in foot because, again, Shawn Smeltz, VP repeatedly let me know he wasn't concerned about losing me or my referrals to their company because they have 114,000 clients, but, in his terms, "I'm not trying to being rude." If you have to say that then...well, you already know you are being rude and condescending. When I asked to speak with the CEO/President of the company, he assured me that he (CEO) was not available to speak. Apparently, there is no mending the fence with this company even if I wanted to try to save a lost relationship. The only reason I would have even tried is because of trying to support associate companies competing in the same space to not impose on my business or theirs to try to reach an amicable, respectable resolution, so I can feel like my indirect money going to them via affiliates is respected and appreciated because our company WINS contacts and builds relationships. We are well respected which is proven by our hard work and dedication to what we do. Unfortunately, we have fallen victim to their lack of professionalism of USFCR and so have other companies that wish to business with because we will not affiliate with them, because like Shawn Smeltz, VP, USFCR said, "It's never going to happen."

Blows my mind they have 4 plus stars. I am glad for all of you that have had positive experiences and truly very glad they could help you. Unfortunately, this is only part of what lead me and only pieces of this horrific experience and hope no one ever experiences what I did with USFCR.

Mr Huff Bhatia did an outstanding job today, as he has in years past, as I renewed our Federal Contractors Registration. He is very proactive, informed, and courteous. I consider it a delightful experience to work with him.

It is essential to have an expert for this renewal task. He is certainly an expert.

My Experience became GREAT! when I was in touch with Zakia. Before then it was really hard to talk to the person assigned to my application. Zakia made it move for us and I'm so so so HAPPY and much less stress because of Her kindness and her patience.

Helen and Anthony made this experience great and very easy for me to do.

I have used USFCR for several years and they are wonderful. They stay up on the changes and I am always informed.

Professional knowledge, and persistence

I had the most wonderful person to work with and her name is Helen Carter, she helped me out with everything I needed she has a lot of patience and I thank her very much.

Yes... it is a scam. They have quite a bit of criminal energy. They charged $600.00 to "help" complete a free government registration. The SAM enrollment is super easy, free, and only takes a few minutes. I had no intention of using their "service". They phished me with an official government-looking email and I wasn't paying attention. They are bottom-feeding scumbags. Even the SAM helpdesk (the official government site) said they are a phishing scam. Beware!

***Now they “can’t find my company.”
***Now they are trying to remove my review. Amazing they can reach out after two months and I finally leave a negative review but somehow could NOT return an email during that timeframe. SCAM!!!! I don’t mind paying for services, but when I pay I expect to get what I paid for. I understand various tiers and levels of service with increasing costs, but even the base package was supposed to have us able to locate our registration. Now I’m having to do what I paid USFCR to do because they won’t respond to emails (ghosted). They created our account but didn’t list myself or my wife with any roles. This basically locks you into using their services, which is all a part of their elaborate scheme. I’m certain if I was a new customer they would reply immediately… stay away!

Ross Winn assisted me with the SAM registration for my 501(c)3. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and was always quick to respond anytime I had a question. Highly recommend USFCR!

Just started with USFCR and they have made things so simplified for me, a process that I thought would take 30 days or more was completed in a few days. Looking forward to working with them.

Primarily the end result of getting our expired SAM registration renewed. Navigating the government web sites not entirely clear so great to have someone guide us.
Helen stayed with it and stayed with me along the way.
