After getting a couple glitches worked out in the beginning, the listing with USREALTY worked great for the sale of my house. No realtor fees (which could have easily cost over $12,000). When Selling your own home without a realtor, it's important to have quality pictures and a well written description, but USRealty did exactly what I wanted---posted my house, my pictures, my words on MLS. SOLD! Thank-you!

As a retired agent myself, I figured I would save money and use this company. I paid $250, only listed for 2 days before I withdrewthe listing. The software and communication with the broker are both terrible. There is no one to talk to past business hours and you have to have everything approved as far as editing your own listing. I would highly recommend using agents and save or possibly make more money that way. This company also does hide the 0.5% broker fee. You won't know until you sign the paperwork after you have paid your fees. The broker assigned to me had a Tennessee licence but was not even local. She sent me a seller's report about $200,000 under the current market value. The listing was wrong and they added their own records instead of going off of what I told them and verifying it. There is 0 satisfaction guarantee and no refunds. Highly recommend doing your homework or going with an actual agent because you can actually make more money.

UPDATE: They did refund the money and did call to tell me I was wrong about pretty much everything I said. I told them it's recorded and feel free to listen to it. Of course that wasn't something they cared about. Just wanted me to edit or delete the review. No thanks. Facts are facts and everyone should be aware.

I used USrealty.com as my sell by owner broker service.
Only cost about $400 to get the house sold.
But the service I received was fantastic.
I will use them again.

This is the worst company in America. They aren’t open, at all, for anything on the weekend. You must have every offer come through them, yet they aren’t open to accept offers when most of them come in (on the weekends). They provide no information, the agents are very, VERY rude and unprofessional, and I am THRILLED to be done with them forever. Never, ever again. Don’t do this to yourself. The savings aren’t worth it.

In Summer of 2019, I hired US Realty to sell my house and had the worst experience with them. Mark, a broker who handles the state of Colorado MLS listings, has a messiah complex and wouldn't let me do anything without his permission. I wasn't violating our contract, so I couldn't understand where his controlling behavior stemmed from. He couldn't be bothered to get my listing correct and when I tried to get him to update it, he kept referring me over to his processing department which told me that they couldn't correct the information. After telling them that I was sure they did have access to this information and could correct it, they tried again and were able to, but it took some pushing, on my part. Everything with this company is broken, from filling out a contract with them, to the way in which they send you late notifications for showings, assuming that you get them at all. When filling out their paperwork online, they ask you on the form if you're a single homeowner or joint, and even after marking the single box, each space on the form for a secondary homeowner must be filled out or you can't proceed. I ended up going with a professional brokerage, Rocket Homes, and their system was great. They sent me texts, emails, and phone calls, as soon as an agent requested a showing. I could talk on the phone with them, anytime, without incurring charges, as you do with US Realty. They helped me sell my house in 3 weeks.

After posting my review of US Realty, one of their representatives contacted me and offered me a refund for signage from them that was initially declined, to take down my review. Initially, I refused. He wouldn't take no for an answer and kept pushing me. I felt sorry for him, as he kept on, giving me a sob story about how U.S. Realty was under new management and that they're changing things to better their company and don't deserve a bad review. So, he coaxed me into taking down the review.

Fast forward 1 year later and I decide to give US Realty another try, as I'm trying to sell my new house because I have to move again. Unfortunately, I can't go with Rocket Homes, as they stopped offering a flat fee MLS service and focus now on the 5 to 6% commission based service. By going with US Realty, I was hoping that I'd get a different broker, one that is professional, but surely enough, I come to find out that I got the same terrible broker that I had a year ago, but what's worse is that their processes are all the exact same, even after their damage control representative assured me that they had changed. Nothing had changed, and this Mark guy is still as unprofessional as ever. But, Instead of asking for a refund or complaining, I decided to give them two weeks, to see how it'd go. After submitting my property to them, they sent me a message telling me that my property is not listed under my name, even though it has been 10 months since I bought it. Their system is clearly not up to date. They didn't bother doing a 15 second search on my county website to look up this property for confirmation. Instead, they asked me to send them a copy of a deed. Why would I need to do that, when they could just access the records online. They agreed. I sent them a message saying that this was concerning and provided them the link for information proving that this was my property. Also, they, once again, didn't process the listing correctly, and I had to have them fix it. Also, I had a real estate agent tell me that she tried to request a showing but had trouble doing so through US Realty. This took place in a matter of just 3 days. Despite this, I didn't complain and remained patient, telling my girlfriend that I'd be giving them the full 2 weeks to see what they can do. After 3 days, they sent me a refund confirmation, telling me that they were refunding me for "prior negative feedback." They charged a credit card that I haven't had in a year. They didn't have me sign a termination form for my listing, nor did they tell me that I'd be getting a refund. I just randomly got a refund to the wrong credit card. I just went online and still see my listing as active. So, they're no longer working with me, but apparently, refuse to take my listing down and give me credit to the card that I used to pay for their services. I just contacted my credit card provider and found out that US Realty charged a card on file that has been closed for almost a year. Even though this card is closed, US Realty has a recurring billing system in place, similar to what a utility company would have. This allows them full access to your new account, even though they don't have the new account information. Buyer beware! My advice for you is to avoid this company, particularly, if you're in selling in the state of Colorado.

I fully recommend USRealty.com for those looking to list their house by themselves but still want to appear on the MLS. It's fast, affordable, customer service is great when you need them and, most importantly, buyers' realtors are willing to work with you much more than when they see "For Sale By Owner."

For your reference, we were given a closing estimates sheet from a local realtor where our take home would be $9,800. Yesterday, we closed and took home $21,000.

My husband and I just closed on our home in Lago Vista, TX today! I am so happy! When we decided to sell our home, we interviewed a couple of realtors but were amazed at how much the commission fees would be. I was also underwhelmed at the price point that the realtors I interviewed wanted to sell my home at.

We spent so much of our own money and time into fixing up the place, I didn't want to give 6% away in commissions between seller and buyer realtors ($24,000!).

My husband found usrealty.com and I couldn't believe the price. For under $500, we got a listing on MLS, a For Sale Sign and a broker! I thought it had to be a scam but figured I try it for only $500.

The process for listing our home on MLS was pretty easy. Some forms were difficult to find, but the customer support email helped (although sometimes they were slow to respond and the phone wait time was some times very long with no answer after being on hold forever). The phone wait time could definitely use improvement (it says wait time is 1 minute, but it never is - sometimes I waited for an hour and hung up).

We paid about $300 for professional photos, listed them with our profile and then once we listed our home, it ended up on all the sites - Redfin, Zillow, etc.

I created my own flyers and scheduled all of the walk-throughs (I loved that there wasn't a middle man to schedule). We received a couple of offers and then the broker from usrealty.com, Penny Willhite, helped from there to review the contract and assist from there.

There were times I was absolutely difficult to work with and Penny was 100% kind, patient, professional and helpful during this stressful process. She's a gem and they're lucky to have her.

The process was great as was the incredible price. The only thing I think can think of that could use improvement would be that the broker call the seller to introduce themselves and the process to set expectations. Up until the moment I had the offer, I thought I was representing myself. I didn't realize a realtor from usrealty.com would be involved. I was surprised at first, but eventually warmed up to it and Penny helped me a lot.

Ecellent Service and Price. Their model allows you to put your property on MLS and Realtor.com for $149 (the plan I use).

Putting your property on MLS in critical to selling it.and paying a agent 3% to put it on MLS is not a good proposition. It is a commodity and should be priced that way; which is the way U S Realty does it.

Put the extra 3% back in your pocket.

there is a feature in the MLS that allows a realtor to click a button to request a showing. Unless you specifically ask for it US Realty does not turn this feature on (it may be an additional charge). The problem is a realtor can click that button to request a showing but you will never see it, therefore you are missing opportunities for buyers to see your home. When I called US Realty about it they said it will not allow the realtor to click on that button, but that isn't true I had a realtor test it and I never received the request.

I also requested an open house to be posted at one time, when no one showed about an hour into the open house I checked the website and the open house was not posted.

US Realty is really easy to work with. They are very responsive to any changes requested.

This set up is very dishonest. You sign up with USRealty and your information is sold to other people. We've had terrible experiences with hundreds of unwanted emails. Plus, the person assigned to help us sell our home often did not return messages from area agents. It was HUGE MISTAKE to go through them. Run. You'll be terribly disappointed if you let these folks even have your email address.
