It helped get some additional visibility, but the buyer found it on Zillow and I could have saved the money by doing it myself without an MLS listing.

The total fee they charged was more than I thought it would be. It wasn't clear to me in the contract so I was disappointed by that but other than that I was very satisfied with their service.

Saved $25,000 using USREALTY and will use again!

You don’t have to use a full-service agent to sell your home. usrealty provides the service you need and saves commission for you. I have always got my call answered and email replied.

(1) Website not user-friendly; hard to find needed forms
(2) Forms hard to find, difficult to edit/save. Took several attempts to get forms to 'save' and submit
(3) Customer service is terrible. If you call and a message says they will call you back it's a lie! THEY NEVER CALL BACK! You have to keep calling until you can get through and talk to a person
(4) The 'For Sale' signs they send you are worthless. They're small and geared toward advertising their brand rather than selling your home. Their info is the biggest and brightest, your home info is small in the form of and MLS#. I purchased my own sings and document holders at Home Depot
(5) Your home is not listed on the most common and popular sites. I had to call to get them to post on Zillow, Redfin, etc. If you update your pictures on Realty.com site, they're only updated on their site. None of your edits make it to other sites (even after calling them and asking them to update). So you better get it right the first time. Good luck with that … normally never the case
(6) There are fees at both the front- and back-end [fine print not listed when you’re initially reviewing their site/services, etc.] (~$500 total). Not the low-cost site they claim to be. They’re actually about as pricey as other FSBO sites but without the service you’d expect (or are paying for)
(7) I was eventually able to sell my home, but next time I will use a different company. To get the service you need from Realty.com you must be extremely and unreasonably pro-active otherwise you will spin your wheels trying to sell your home. All they care about is their fees -- not selling your home! NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND USREALTY.COM

I loved the money I saved, but I had to make a lot of phone calls to get the paperwork I needed. The buyer’s realtor provided some of what I needed.

It was a straightfoward arrangement. We sold our condo for asking price once mls listing hit.

Using U.S. Realty worked out well and can save you a lot of money. They were always willing to answer questions fairly quickly. U. S. Realty is good for sellers that like to have control over the sale of their property, can schedule their appointments if they wish with cooperating brokers, and be able to enter into negotiations with realtors. U.S. Realty does offer different services such as sale signs, lock boxes, online scheduling,etc.

Easy to work with, but don’t expect much hand holding. Saved a ton of money. Only paid 3% to the buyers agent.

Easy to work with, great customer service! Saved over $18,000 listing through listing with US Realty! You literally get the same website exposure. So glad we found this! So little work put in for the extra money in OUR pockets on OUR home. I will never pay a realtor to do what I could do. This will become the norm once people realize this is out there. The buyer realtors were a bit confused trying to reach our "agent" as a name is put in as our listing agent, however a quick explanation cleared it up quickly and we were contacted with every communication on our listing. (Tip) Have an attorney selected to assist your negotiations prior to listing. I work a full time job and was able to keep up with communications and scheduled showings. Be organized, have a calendar just for your sale. You can do it too. Thanks US Realty!

Excellent service. Don't have to pay thousands of dollars when you sell your home

US Realty definitely saved me a lot of money. Of course there is a little more work involved than having a listing agent, but I was able to lower my asking price a little and still realize net proceeds exceeding those of a transaction using a listing agent. And I enjoyed showing the property myself.

My pictures took way too long to get inserted into my listing, phone calls went unanswered, and my listing was not sent to local realtors for showings. What should have taken 2 weeks to sell in a sellers market took me 6. I was not pleased by the service. This has been from 2 years ago.

Charged me some BS charge after I sold my house . Not very helpful unlike advertised

Overall, it was a financially successful arrangement that was confusing to maneuver and internal staff was not hat helpful.
I had to call three time before someone explained my agents name and gave me his e-mail. Once I received it, I emailed person with no response. However, whenever I need the agent to sign a document, it occurred with 30 minutes, which was amazing. If you are willing to maneuver with some frustration, will save you many thousands of dollars.

I used US Realty to sell my home without going through a real estate agency. They were very helpful in guiding me throughout the entire process. They saved my thousands of dollars in agency fees. This allowed me to be very competitive and pocket the most money. My house sold in under 48 hours on the market.
